The top-selling home for the week of Jan. 26 through Feb. 1 in Ormond Beach was a home west of Interstate 95. Gerard Hock, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Indian Springs Drive to Chipp's LLC, of Chariton, Iowa, for $440,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,028 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $150,000.

Edward and Marie Johns, of Edgewater, sold 105 Sawtooth Lane to Patricia and Mark Krea, of Ormond Beach, for $162,000. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,551 square feet. It sold in 1983 for $91,011.
CitiMortgage Inc., of O’Fallon, Mo., sold 759 River Oak Drive to Parks and Cheryl Pyle, of Fairview, Mich., for $135,100. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,620 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $250,000.
Wilmington Trust, of Salt Lake City, Utah, sold 82 Hollow Branch Crossing to Allen Grant, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,363 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $210,000.
Edward Dunn, of Ormond Beach, sold 483 Lake Bridge Drive to Patricia Mather, of Ormond Beach, for $105,000. Built in 1986, the townhouse has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,410 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $79,900.

Fannie Mae, of Dallas, Texas, sold 1266 Royal Pointe Lane to Kimberly Menza, of Ormond Beach, for $212,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,019 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $289,450.

Dorothy Ann Fox, of Ormond Beach, sold 142 Brendale Drive to Hartsell Frazier LLC, of Lexington, Ky., for $110,000. Built in 1958, the house has three bedrooms, one bath and 854 square feet. It sold in 1983 for $45,000.
