In the spirit of April Fool's Day, Cindy Lee Harper and Kelly Riggle, realtors for Realty Pros Assured, decided to pull a little prank on Broker Bill Navarra.

Navarra said he was very confused when he started receiving texts from people asking him why his house was for sale. Little did he know that Harper and Riggle had put a fake "for sale" sign in front of his home.

"A good friend of mine texted me and said 'You didn't tell us you were selling your house," Navarra said. "Neighbors were waving down my wife all day. It was great."

"Happy April Fool's Day!" was written on the flyers attached to the sign.
