A home on the Halifax River topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of March 13-20, in Ormond Beach. Gregory Parr, of Volusia County, sold 287 N. Beach St. to Victor Lohman, of Ormond Beach, for $710,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a fireplace and 2,674 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $1 million.

ORMOND BEACH

Charles and Barbara Dexter, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 John Anderson Drive No. 203 to Allison Kolodinsky, of Ormond Beach, for $298,500. Built in 1996, the second-floor condominium has three beds, three-and-a-half baths and 2,675 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $485,000.

Gregory Oakwood, of Ormond Beach, sold 79 Apain Way to Christopher and Jennifer Judy, of Ormond Beach, for $255,900. Built in 2007, the house has three beds, three baths, a fireplace and 2,478 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $183,000.

Mark Christman, of Madisonville, La., sold 55 Vining Court No. 104 to Christopher Guerriero and Elaine Moyses, of Ormond Beach, for $60,000. Built in 1973, the condo has two beds, one bath and 992 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $60,000.

Joseph Dougherty, on behalf of the Estate of Maxwel Andrew Cleland, of Ormond Beach, sold 807 Cordova Ave. to Glenn Rubino and Robin Wilber, of Daytona Beach, for $37,500. Built by the sellers in 1951, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,713 square feet.

Breakaway Trails

Robert Shaw and Marilyn Merkel, on behalf of the Marilyn M. Merkel Revocable Trust, of Collier, sold 59 Shadow Creek Way to Stephen Trivett, of Flagler County, for $300,000. Built in 1989, the house has three beds, three baths, a fireplace, a dock, a gazebo and 2,813 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $400,000.

Halifax Plantation

Joseph and Ruth Torres, of Ormond Beach, sold 4120 Osage Lane to Gary and Samantha Morris, of Ormond Beach, for $470,000. Built in 2002, the house has four beds, four baths, a fireplace, a pool and spa, and 3,623 square feet. The lot sold in 2001 for $45,700.

Jerry and Diane Wheeler, of The Villages, sold 1306 Elli Circle to Ron and Karen Bourcy, of Murfreesboro, Tenn., for $280,000. Built in 2004, the house has three beds, two baths and 2,317 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $270,000.

Joseph and Kathleen Mylotte, of East Amherst, N.Y., sold 1140 Glengad Run to Patricia Deller, of Cayuga, N.Y., for $134,000. Built in 1999, the house has two beds, two baths and 1,277 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $179,900.

Ormond Lakes

Lynn Rachel, on behalf of the Nancy N. Howard Revocable Living Trust, of Casselberry, sold 8 Blockhouse Court to George and Jana Palmer, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 1998, the house has three beds, three baths and 2,232 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $215,000.

Plantation Bay

Charles and Margaret Langlois, of Palm Coast, sold 1332 Hansberry Lane to Joseph Mazzaferro, of Ormond Beach, for $167,500. Built in 2010, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,551 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $158,950.

Sherry Greene, of Ormond Beach, sold 1121 Hartbourne Lane to THR Florida LP, of Tampa, for $158,000. Built in 2003, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,760 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $276,000.

Royal Dunes

Nancy Gropler Croskey, on behalf of the Estate of Annette V. Gropler, of Cincinnati, Ohio, sold 733 Alden Drive to Frederick and Melody Cartwright, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 1966, the house has three beds, three baths and 2,100 square feet. It sold in 1975 for $63,500.

ORMOND BY THE SEA

Guy La Pore, on behalf of the Guy F. LaPore, Sr. Trust, of Naperville, sold 3360 Ocean Shore Blvd. No. 204 to Kenneth and Carol Cooke, Curtis and Crista Cooke, and Randy and Catherine Neubert, of Knoxville, Tenn., for $148,000. Built in 1983, the condominium has two beds, two baths and 1,275 square feet. It sold in 1983 for $92,000.

Johnny and Vicki Lowery, of Ormond Beach, sold 23 Beachwood Drive to Robert and Nancy Clark, of Watertown, Conn., for $119,000. Built in 1957, the house has two beds, one bath and 775 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $69,000.

Vicki Rudomanski and Jay Furbay, on behalf of the Jay Furbay Living Trust, sold 3100 Ocean Shore Blvd. No. 306 to Walter Lightcap, of Woodbury Heights, N.J., for $112,000. Built in 1991, the third-floor condo has two beds, two baths and 873 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $253,500.
