A river home adjacent to Tomoka State Park topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of June 9-15, in Ormond Beach. Mark and Gene McGrane, of Ormond Beach, sold 2001 Beach St. to John and Denise Kuendig, of Westport, Conn., for $909,055. Built in 1995, the house has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a fireplace, an in-ground pool and spa, a boat dock and 3,366 square feet of living area. The lot sold in 1992 for $310,000.

Kirk and Vanessa Mason, of Ormond Beach, sold 123 Neptune Ave. to William and Elizabeth Chanfrau, of Ormond Beach, for $831,500. Built in 2011, the two-story house has four beds, five baths, a fireplace, an in-ground pool and spa, two patios and 3,824 square feet. The lot sold in 2010 for $175,000.
Robert and Patricia Serra, of Port Murray, N.J., sold 46 Caladium Drive to Robert and Elaine Novett, of Bensalem, Pa., for $207,000. Built in 2004, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,648 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $165,700.
Donald and Jody Grabowski, of Ormond Beach, sold 610 Orchard Ave. to Mark Setman and Inta Ezerins, of Ambler, Pa., for $140,000. Built in 1927, the house has one bed, one bath and 912 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $119,000.
Robert and Patricia Kroll, of Holly Hill, sold 1 Brookside Court to Heather Collier and Launa Collier, of Ormond Beach, for $139,000. Built in 1981, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,728 square feet. It sold in 1984 for $84,000.

James Williams, of Jacksonville, sold 3770 Carrick Drive to John and Melody Willdigg, of Hicksville, N.Y., for $280,000. Built in 1997, the house has four beds, three baths and 2,878 square feet. The lot sold in 1996 for $45,000.
Rosemarie LaBue, of Milford, Pa., sold 1135 Athlone Way to Georgina Pudney, of Ormond Beach, for $144,500. Built in 1999, the house has two beds, two baths and 1,423 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $122,000.

Betty and Dottson Mills, of Holly Hill, sold 50 Whippoorwill Lane to David and Wendy Holtzman, of Collville, Ohio, for $148,000. Built in 1978, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace and 2,466 square feet. It sold in 1983 for $78,500.
The Trails
Starr Properties LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 18 Choctaw Trail to Robert and Jenna Pender, of Orlando, for $245,000. Built in 1978, the house has four beds, three baths, a fireplace and 2,496 square feet. It sold in February for $140,000.

Ormond Ocean Venture LLC, of Gainesville, sold 1425 Ocean Shore Blvd., 601 to Rachel Velez, of Quitman, Ga., for $391,214.29. Built by the seller in 2006, the sixth-floor condo has three beds, three baths and 2,515 square feet.
Ormond Ocean Venture LLC, of Gainesville, sold 1425 Ocean Shore Blvd., 501 to Jim and Ashley Burch, of Eastoman, Ga., for $346,000. Built by the seller in 2006, the fifth-floor condo has three beds, three baths and 2,515 square feet.
Leonard Moss, on behalf of the Leonard H. Moss Revocable Trust, sold 135 Ocean Grove to Jeffrey and Marshanda Pinchok, of Ormond Beach, for $185,000. Built in 1973, the house has three beds, two baths, a pool and 1,710 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $127,000.
