Tamara Farach, of Ormond Beach, for $775,000. Built in 1981, the house has four bedrooms, 5.5 baths, two fireplaces, a boat dock, boat house, swimming pool and 3,688 square feet. It sold in 1981 for $75,000.

Michael Ferro and Maegann Ferro, of Ormond Beach, sold 12 Talaquah Blvd. to William and Erika Jones, of Ormond Beach, for $360,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,985 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $249,500.
Gregory and Susan Tassey, of Kirkland, Washington, sold 257 Barrel Turn to Scott and Gina Menez, of Ormond Beach, for $305,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,936 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $322,000.
