A home beside the Halifax River topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of Feb. 9-16, in Ormond Beach. Jimmie and Marcus Buck, of Tallahassee, sold 736 Riverside Drive to Robert and Christine Polans, of Ormond Beach, for $382,500. Built in 1965, the Intracoastal-front house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,120 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $313,800.

ORMOND BEACH

The 127 Arlington LLC company, of Ormond Beach, sold 127 Arlington Way to Garen Ceccucci, of Sterling, Va., for $167,000. Built in 1950, the house has two beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,338 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $56,400.

Lindsey, Lauren and Matthew Seltzer, of Volusia County, sold 1 Tomoka Oaks Blvd. No. 132 to Marie Fitzgibbons, of Ormond Beach, for $68,200. Built in 1980, the condo has two beds, two baths and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 1981 for $65,900.

Alden Shores

David Mountcastle, of Danville, sold 144 N. Dianne Drive to Robert and Susan Broen, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 1995, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,900 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $265,000.

Breakaway Trails

Lynn Smedley, of Palm Coast, sold 148 Deep Woods Way to Michelly Pedroza Zulfiqar, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 2000, the house has three beds, two baths and 2,561 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $261,284.

Halifax Plantation

Donald and Marilyn Jones, of Ormond Beach, sold 3337 Glenshane Way to Joan Krueger, of Pompano Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1998, the house has two beds, two baths, a pool and 2,191 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $155,045.

John and Deborah McGuidwin, of Ormond Beach, sold 3106 Connemara Drive to Graydon and Michelle Parsons, of Ormond Beach, for $185,000. Built in 2005, the house has three beds, three baths and 2,205 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $245,000.

Oak Forest

Barry Arnett and Bonnie Ann Carroll, of Port Orange, sold 1532 Oak Forest Dirve to Sarah Orfinger, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 1979, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,488 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $168,000.

Ormond Lakes

Julie Carduner, of Hahira, Ga., sold 19 Lakebluff Drive to Michael and Joy Fritts, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 2003, the house has three beds, three baths, three fireplaces, a pool and 3,473 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $500,000.

Plantation Pines

Douglas and Deneise O’Dell, of Deland, sold 3790 Juniper Lane to Armand and Claudia Benchimoi, of Ormond Beach, for $94,500. Built in 1991, the house has four beds, two baths and 1,868 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $99,900.

The Trails

Sharol Robinson, of Ormond Beach, sold 96 Ox Bow Trail to Rebecca Ann Morely, of Ormond Beach, for $138,900. Built in 1983, the house has two beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,283 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $138,900.

Tropical Mobile Home Village

Nomad Developers LLC, of Florida, sold 1306 Arroyo Parkway to Pamela Hunt and Roger Doukas, of Ormond Beach, for $37,000. Built in 2006, the mobile home has three beds, two baths and 1,188 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $49,900.

ORMOND BY THE SEA

Michael and Sandra Hadden, of McDonough, Ga., sold 3180 Ocean Shore Blvd. No. 213 to Daniel McCaffrey, of Signal Mountain, Tenn., for $175,000. Built in 1994, the condominium has two beds, two baths and 983 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $113,000.

Gayle and Edwin Boles, of Holly Hill, sold 3 Water Oak Circle to John and Catherine Measel, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built by the sellers in 1963, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,762 square feet.

Melvin Stack, on behalf of the Paulina D. Granville Revocable Trust, of Daytona Beach, sold 40 Juniper Drive to Michael Melanson, trustee of the Fleurette Kassels Revocable Trust, of Melbourne, for $145,000. Built in 1964, the house has four beds, three baths and 1,696 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $87,900.

JKAT Investments LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 17 Pinta St. to Gary and Carol Mueller, of Ormond Beach, for $139,000. Built in 1959, the house has two beds, one bath, a fireplace and 975 square feet. It sold last year for $60,000.

Connie Kuhn, on behalf of the Richard A. Kuhn and Connie L. Kuhn Revocable Living Trust, of Ormond Beach, sold 41 Camellia Drive to Gerald Revzin and Carole Sagstetter, of Ormond Beach, for $120,000. Built in 1964, the house has two beds, two baths and 1,086 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $120,000.

Laura and Frank Lodato, of Ormond Beach, sold 60 Seabreze Drive to John and Carilisle Navidomskis, of Horizon City, Texas, for $80,500. Built in 1958, the house has two beds, one bath and 792 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $63,000.

Teddy and Beverly Kimbrough, of Ormond Beach, sold 1510 N. Ocean Shore Blvd. No. 402 to Thomas and Ann Marie Badley for $65,000. Built in 1973, the condo has two beds, one bath and 952 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $53,250.
