Riverfront home sells for $415,000

A home in the Oak Forest subdivision topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of Jan. 24-31, in Ormond Beach. Edward and Josephine Favis, of Ormond Beach, sold 1503 Oak Forest Drive to Larry and Karen Sebastien, of Ormond Beach, for $415,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 2,677 square feet of living area.

ORMOND BEACH

Frederick and Diana Glaser, of Bronx, N.Y., sold 22 Seabridge Drive to Lora Syryla, on behalf of the Lora Marie Syryla Living Trust, of North Charleston, S.C., for $160,000. Built in 1982, the house has two beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,535 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $96,000.

Ryan Goldbloom, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Riverwood Drive to Peter and Karen Serrao, of Flagler Beach, for $140,000. Built in 1957, the house has two beds, two baths and 1,497 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $100,000.

Wilson and Stephanie Nieves, of Ormond Beach, sold 1434 Golf Ave. to RSF Properties LLC, of Stockton, Calif., for $120,000. Built in 1994, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,385 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $122,500.

Michael and Theresa Flanagan, of Ormond Beach, sold 354 Emory Drive to Diane Salas, of Daytona Beach, for $105,000. Built in 1954, the house has two beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,157 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $65,000.

Michael Moich and Melinda Murray, of Ormond Beach, sold 28 Briggs Drive to Jose and Maria Bilbao, of Ormond Beach, for $97,500. Built in 1958, the house has two beds, one bath, a fireplace and 1,140 square feet. It sold last July for $80,000.

Linda Walker and Brian Thompson, of Ormond Beach, sold 716 Cordova Ave. to Ian Mundt, of Soquel, Calif., for $78,000. Built in 1957, the house has two beds, two baths and 1,287 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $95,000.

Breakaway Trails

Daniel and Kelly Montplaisir, of Placenta, Calif., sold 82 Coquina Ridge Way to Susan and Michael Sterlacci, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 2000, the corner-lot house has four beds, three baths, an in-ground pool and spa, and 2,594 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $464,000.

Ocean Village

Christine Lackstrom and Arnold Beard, of Ormond Beach, sold 778 Flamingo Drive A to Joaquin Calcines Jr. for $106,000. Built in 1947, the house has two beds, one bath and 675 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $59,900.

Ormond Beach Plaza

Randy LaGrotta, of Daytona Beach, sold the lot at 19 Tarpon Ave. to Hercules and Kellie Naude, of the United Kingdom, for $55,000. The .19-acre property sold in 2001 for $33,000.

ORMOND BY THE SEA

Nancy Childers, of Ormond Beach, sold 21 Azalea Drive to Antonio and Susan D’Orazio, and Christine McGrath, of Worcester, Mass., for $110,500. Built in 1956, the house has two beds, one bath and 700 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $117,500.
