Riverfront house built in 1954 tops the list

A house on the Halifax River was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of May 10-16 in the Multiple Listing Service. Sean Ryan and Whitney Shoemaker, of Ormond Beach, sold 734 John Anderson Drive to Aman Sukhija, as trustee, and Paige Evans, of Ormond Beach, for $1,370,000. Built in 1954, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 6,254 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $1,365,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Thomas and Patricia Marotta, of Canton, New York, sold 275 John Anderson Drive to Derrick Crass and Anne Lehman, individually and as trustees, for $650,000. Built in 1935, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,002 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $555,000.

Patricia Olmstead, of Trumbull, Connecticut, sold 5 Brookside Court to Hollandia Real Estate LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1983, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,284 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $110,000.

Daniel Ralston, of Port Orange, sold 3 Aaron Circle to Austin Hansard, of Ormond Beach, for $200,000. Built in 1986, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,344 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $150,000.

KB Home Jacksonville LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 17 Bella Vita Way to Jack Beneskenazi and Joseph Beneskenazi, of Syosset, New York, for $197,990. Built in 2019, the townhouse is a 3/2.5 and has 1,687 square feet.

Joleen Tierney, of White Bear, Minnesota, sold 1415 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 408, to Kenneth and Betty Bryant, of Orlando, for $170,000. Built in 1974, the condo is a 1/1 and has 836 square feet.

Breakaway Trails

Nancy Kimpton and Marcus Droker, of Ormond Beach, sold 36 Black Pine Way to Kathryn Stevens, of Ormond Beach, for $276,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,081 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $195,000.

Hidden Hills

Antonio and Lori Greco, of Morganton, Georgia, sold 15 Knollwood Estates Drive to John and Jeanne Fowler, of Ormond Beach, for $234,900. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,312 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $145,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

Michael and Rachel Storch, of Daytona Beach, sold 69 Pergola Place to Brian and Andrea Giaquinto, of Ormond Beach, for $317,000. Built in 2017, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,557 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $288,200.

Chad and Bethany Spohr, of Ormond Beach, sold 83 Pergola Place to Mark and Nicole Dowd, of Pottersville, New Jersey, for $300,000. Built in 2017, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,503 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $274,200.

Ormond Lakes

Craig and Cammie Miller, of Ormond Beach, sold 46 Emerald Oaks Lane to Brendan and Karen Roberson, of Ormond Beach, for $675,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 4/5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,511 square feet.

Plantation Bay

Saied and Shahia Zamiri, of Ormond Beach, sold 1333 Dovercourt Lane to David Kaiser, of Ormond Beach, for $575,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,809 square feet.

Trails South 40

Larry Burlew, of Pompano Beach, sold 92 Hay Bale Trail to Jerome Gordon, of Ormond Beach, for $186,500. Built in 1988, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,527 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $169,000.

Tymber Creek

Tyler Dean, individually and as trustee, sold 395 Muddy Creek Lane to Chad and Bethany Spohr, of Ormond Beach, for $335,000. Built in 1994, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,240 square feet. It sold in February for $231,100.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

George and Diane Farinick, of Marion Station, Maryland, sold 30 Spanish Waters Drive to Land Trust Properties LLC for $555,000. Built in 1998, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,416 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $425,000.

David Sullivan, of Round Hill, Virginia, sold 3000 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 10, to Richard and Dell Knight, of Ormond Beach, for $365,000. Built in 1998, the house is a 3/3 and has 1,973 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $255,000.

Bertrand Damour, of Switzerland, sold 1133 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 607, to David Girgis, of Ormond Beach, for $355,000. Built in 1971, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,065 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $108,000.

Venness Farrell and Tina Baum, of Ponce Inlet, sold 64 Berkley Road to Jonathan Read, of Ormond Beach, for $217,000. Built in 1973, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,457 square feet.

Paul and Debbie Nath, of Pittsburgh, sold 2100 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 108, to Terrell Hamby, of Ormond Beach, for $183,000. Built in 1973, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,087 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $120,000.

Ray Lord, of Ormond Beach, sold 15 Sunny Shore Drive to Allen and Mary Knopf, of Cape Coral, for $177,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 2/1 and has 784 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $85,000.
