The top real estate transaction for the week of April 13-19 was a house on the river. Barbara Bellows, of Ormond Beach, sold 444 Riverside Drive to Mohammad and Rana Attaran, of Ormond Beach, for $660,000. Built in 1974, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, seawall, swimming pool, boat house, boat dock and 3,273 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $182,500.

ORMOND BEACH

Elizabeth Hall, of Bar Harbor, Maine, sold One John Anderson Drive, Unit 216, to Pamela Harris, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1996, the condo has two bedrooms, two and a half baths and 1,745 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $170,000.

William Morris, individually and as personal representative, of Durham, North Carolina, sold 6 China Moon Drive to Radford and Rebecca Rader, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,818 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $35,900.

Troy and Michelle Flis, of Ormond Beach, sold 758 Ridgewood Ave. to Crystal Coron, and Jason Tatge, of Ormond Beach, for $141,000. Built in 1972, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,474 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $65,000.

Wells Fargo Bank, of Frederick, Maryland, sold 210 Bay Pines Court to Thomas and Ibette Silver, of Ormond Beach, for $125,250. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,392 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $265,000.

Ann Kaufman, of Bronx, New York, sold 48 Chippingwood Lane to Thomas and Susan Hansen, of Petersburg, Kentucky, for $110,000. Built in 1980, the villa has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,139 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $52,000.

Jon Greaves and Judith Conte, of Ormond Beach, sold 342 Greenwood Ave. to Jimmy and Rosy Rustomji, of Ormond Beach, for $109,000. Built in 1959, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,000 square feet. No other qualified sales were recorded.

Theresa Laks, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Lakeview Circle to Robert Jenkins, of Ormond Beach, for $75,000. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,398 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $78,900.

Fannie Mae, of Dallas, sold 659 Cordova Ave. to John Tirrell Jr. and Karyn Zabel, of Pelham, New Hampshire, for $69,000. Built in 1960, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 900 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $64,850.

Matthais and Patricia Karl, of Ormond Beach, sold 213 Lincoln Ave. to Anna Dobkowski, of Syracuse, New York, for $12,100. Built in 1940, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 675 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $23,000.

Breakaway Trails

George Lindenfeld and Ann Schmitt, of Ormond Beach, sold 125 Black Hickory Way to Douglas Savage and Linette Lash, of Yankton, South Dakota, for $258,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,930 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $308,400.

Halifax Plantation

Belva Milam, of Ormond Beach, sold 3618 Mallow Drive to Robert and Kimberly Marsden, of Ormond Beach, for $291,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,240 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $240,000.

Plantation Bay

Kristen and Craig Robbins, of Ormond Beach, sold 1203 Hampstead Lane to Rosel McAndrews, of Ormond Beach, for $277,500. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,923 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $245,000.

ORMOND-BY-THE-SEA

Danny and Joyce Lockwood, of West Minister, South Carolina, sold 1601 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 428, to Howard and Janice Thomas, of Springfield, Illinois, for $260,000. Built in 1970, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,020 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $126,000.

Terry and Kathryn Pichon, of Ormond Beach, sold 25 W. Sea Harbor Drive to Richard and Diane Rider, of Ormond Beach, for $232,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,589 square feet. No other qualified sales were recorded.

Mary Cooper, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Concord Drive to Kristy Kalway, of Buffalo, Minnesota, for $215,000. Built in 1981, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,435 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $169,900.

Michelle Dove, of Port Orange, sold 2730 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 404, to Thomas and Gwen Aaron, of Athens, Georgia, for $180,000. Built in 1990, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,115 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $105,000.

Vincent and Joyce Mule, of Ewing, New Jersey, sold 138 Beau Rivage Drive to Rex Lyons, of Ormond Beach, for $136,000. Built in 1967, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,286 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $80,000.

Southeast Title Partners Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Alamanda Drive to Somporn Hewitt, of Ormond Beach, for $125,000. Built in 1953, the house has one bedroom, one bath and 528 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $100,400.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp., of McLean, Virginia, sold 38 Morningstar Ave. to John and Kathleen Patterson, of Ormond Beach, for $123,000. Built in 1964, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,007 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $230,000.

Patricia France, of Ormond Beach, sold 43 Carol Road to John and Mina Khazraee, of Ormond Beach, for $105,000. Built in 1961, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 784 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $65,500.
