A house on the Halifax River was the top real estate transaction from Aug. 18-24 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea in the Multiple Listing Service. Norman Sherrin, of Ontario, sold 680 Riverside Drive to Kimberly Becks, of Ormond Beach, for $700,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,133 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Ormond Beach
Clinton and Megan Bagwell, of Ormond Beach, sold 10 Arrowhead Drive to Benjamin and Heather Wallace, of Ormond Beach, for $415,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 2,781 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $272,000.
Linda Symonds sold 122 Southwind Drive to Amanda Craig and Jonathan Magill, of Ormond Beach, for $359,000. Built in 1963, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,491 square feet. It sold in 1981 for $101,000.
Amanda Craig and Jonathan Magill, of Ormond Beach, sold 252 Ellicott Drive to Sidney and Jamie Nelson, of Ormond Beach, for $350,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,555 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $269,000.
Joshua Munson and Tiffany Sieg, of Ormond Beach, sold 160 Dix Ave. to Brianne Griffin, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1,980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $120,200.
Teri and Deborah Tetzlaff, of Port Orange, sold 210 Lemon Tree Lane 2101, Unit 9, to David and Antoinette Smothers, of Ormond Beach, for $138,000. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,262 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $62,000.
Chelsea Place
David and Cheryle Andes, Sun City, Arizona, sold 404 Chelsea Place Ave. to Patricia Meyers and Marilyn Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $329,000. Built in 2011, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,836 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $226,900.
Hunter’s Ridge
Christopher Riccard, of Daytona Beach, sold 4 Abacus Ave. to Maurizio and Paula Triani, of Ormond Beach, for $299,900. Built in 2012, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,211 square feet It sold in 2015 for $280,000.
William Navarra LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 46 Pergola Place to Joshua Munson and Tiffany Sieg, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 2011, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,686 square feet. It sold in May for $170,000.
Ormond Lakes
Catherine Casadonte sold 29 Stoney Ridge Lane to Dennis and Jenifer Parent, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000.
Plantation Bay
Ralph and Mena Malmros, of Las Vegas, sold 592 Aldenham Lane to James and Debra Bland, of Ormond Beach, for $395,000. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,498 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $350,000.
Jennifer and Samuel Vanderwarker, of Ormond Beach, sold 1293 Harwick Lane to Christopher and Sarah Aronovici, of Lutherville Timonium, Maryland, for $360,000. Built in 2012, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,106 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $341,000.
Amanda and Justin Rasik, and Mary Boyle, of Ocoee, sold 716 Dolphin Head Lane to Mark and Sandra Trunzo, of Ormond Beach, for $295,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,021 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $286,000.
The Trails
Patricia Galloway, of Ormond Beach, sold 2 Cobblestone Trail to John and Joan Alger, of Ormond Beach, for $349,900. Built in 1975, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,286 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $191,000.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Carolin Rosenberg and Paul Duenas, of Ocala, sold 22 Tropical Drive to Timothy and Samatha Sheehan, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,036 square feet.
