A house in the historic area near The Casements was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of April 12 through April 18 in Ormond Beach. Janet Helle, of Ormond Beach, sold 136 Riverside Drive to Barry and Joshua Altman, of Ormond Beach, for $975,000. Built in 1955, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, boat dock, swimming pool and 2,327 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $305,000.

Ormond Beach

Lois Towey and Joan Royal, as trustees, sold 881 N. Beach St. to David and Linda Quartier, of Port Orange, for $800,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, a boat dock and 2,664 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Carol Hornbeck, of Huntersville, North Carolina, sold 12 Reflections Village Drive to David and

Bonita Kincaid, of Lebanon, Indiana, for $158,000. Built in 1996, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,467 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $146,000.

AT Assets LLC, a Florida company, sold 105 Hickory Hills Circle to Susan Beaudoin, of Ormond Beach, for $139,500. Built in 1976, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,714 square feet. It sold in 1976 for $33,500.

Christopher and James Downs, of Daytona Beach, sold 42 Aaron Circle to Kimberly and Joshua Pearson, of Ormond Beach, for $138,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,291 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $137,900.

Gregory and Carol Spradling, of Beech Mountain, North Carolina, sold 71 Broadmoor Circle to Lauren Sanders and Cami Branham, of Ormond Beach, for $135,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,409 square feet. It sold in 1976 for $36,000.

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 114 Cuadro Place to Joseph Ribstein III, of Ormond Beach, for $118,500. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,417 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $89,900.

Breakaway Trails

Breakaway Trails Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold 23 River Chase Way to John and Adriane Lutes, of Ormond Beach, for $701,713. Built in 2015, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, swimming pool and 3,748 square feet. This was the first sale.

William and Stephanie Jackson, of Ormond Beach, sold 19 Tomoka Ridge Way to Pamela Sussman, of Ormond Beach, for $400,000. Built in 2007, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,145 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

John McKenney, of Ponte Vedra, sold 95 Carriage Creek Way to James and Debra Jones, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,597 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $250,000.

Ellinor Village

Roland Schneider, of Windsor, Connecticut, sold 431 Riverside Drive to Ann Nakonecznyj and Brittany Brooks, of Ormond Beach, for $137,000. Built in 1949, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,516 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $105,000.

Halifax Plantation

David Simons, of Flagler Beach, sold 4100 Piute Lane to Timothy and Veronica Karr, of Ormond Beach, for $312,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,348 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $250,000.

Jeremy and Dora Small, as trustees, sold 1401 Carlow Circle to Kit and Anita Harrell, of Huntington, Indiana, for $179,900. Built in 2004, the townhouse has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Robert and Birgit DeSotle, of Mahwah, New Jersey, sold 3019 Glin Circle to Tammy and Fernando Santos, of Ormond Beach, for $168,000. Built in 2005, the villa has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $201,900.

Hunters Ridge

Wayne Sharps, of Ormond Beach, sold 7 Huntsman Look to Billie and Bobbie Thomas, of Ormond Beach, for $361,400. Built in 1997, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,870 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $330,000.

Ormond Lakes

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 3 Waterbluff Drive to John and Marciley Korfant, of Ormond Beach, for $231,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,978 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $280,000.

The Trails

Mary Goff, of Ormond Beach, sold 196 Deer Lake Circle to Valerie Newfield, of Ormond Beach, for $150,000. Built in 1984, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,331 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $82,500.

Ronald Lacerna, of Daytona Beach, sold 16 Big Buck Trail to Carol Hogan, of Marshfield, Minnesota, for $146,000. Built in 1984, the townhouse has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,664 square feet. 1985 for $81,400.

Tomoka Oaks

Robert and Ann Large, of Ormond Beach, sold 130 River Bluff Drive to H.A. and D.K. Jones, of Crab Orchard, West Virginia, for $577,150. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool, boat house, boat dock and 3,343 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $455,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Daryl and Patti Harris, of Ormond Beach, sold 130 Via Madrid Drive to Paul and Nancy DeLuca, as trustees, for $495,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,349 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Thuhang Tran, of Mullen Hill, New Jersey, sold 103 Barrier Isle Drive to William and Josephine Wilson, of Ormond Beach, for $251,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,941 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $225,000.

Gregory Harmon, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Sea Grape Terrace to Clyde and Amy Ball, of Sapphire, North Carolina, for $201,250. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,332 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $58,000.

Peter and Donna Chin, of Tallahassee, sold 18 Ocean Breeze Circle to Michael and Theresa Hootman, of Williamsfield, Ohio, for $187,500. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,286 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $180,000.

Edward Sweeney, of Corona Del Mar, California, sold 2600 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 103, to Arlen and Barbara Lindsay, of Mason City, Iowa, for $171,000. Built in 1982, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,430 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $86,000

Robin and Samuel Hitchings, of Enfield, Maine, sold 153 Laurie Drive to William Wirsing, of Hernando, for $128,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 672 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $43,100.

Cynthia Corso, of Ormond Beach, sold 176 Laurie Drive to Jerry Marlatt, of Ormond Beach, for $118,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 756 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $69,900.

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 109 Longwood Drive to James Friedman, of Ormond Beach, for $82,500. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 816 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $66,000.
