Riverside home built in 1949 gets over $1 million

A home on the Halifax River was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Feb. 28 to March 6 in the Multiple Listing Service. Colleen McKernan, of Ormond Beach, sold 400 Riverside Drive to John and Elizabeth Reilly, of Ormond Beach, for $1,065,000. Built in 1949, the house is a 3/4 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 3,224 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Mara Fiorello, of Newberry, sold 930 Arroyo Parkway to Merton and Nancy Miller, of Ormond Beach, for $645,000. Built in 2017, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,215 square feet.

Dimitrios and Athanaisia Mikrogiannakis, John Mikrogiannakis, Aphrodity Mikrogiannakis and Angelo Mikrogiannakis sold 132 Sandcastle Drive to George and Tracy Lupanow, of Ormond Beach, for $347,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,102 square feet.

Christina Tjarks, individually and as representative, sold 114 Via Roma to Kevin and Lisa Kurp, of Ontario, Canada, for $331,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,053 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $305,000.

Michael and Laurie Cohen, of Ormond Beach, sold 30 Chrysanthemum Drive to Eva Damon, of Ormond Beach, for $317,500. Built in 2013, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,090 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $200,000.

Martin and Esther Ashton, of Daytona Beach, sold 86 Lake Park Circle to Jacob Leshner, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 1976, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,746 square feet.

Riga Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold 224 N. Tymber Creek Road to Evelyn Trisch, of Stockbridge, Georgia, for $253,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,847 square feet.

Cara Culliver, of Ormond Beach, sold 173 Suntree Court to Edward and Barbara Bruce, of Ormond Beach, for $244,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,421 square feet.

James Morton, of Hendersonville, North Carolina, sold 139 Grove St. to Christopher Guerriero and Eliane Moyses, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,026 square feet.

Jacqueline Waugh, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 Tomoka Oaks Blvd., Unit 121, to Mary Jo Trodd, of Ormond Beach, for $184,500. Built in 1980, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,430 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $110,000.

John Egner, of Longwood, sold 278 Selden Ave. to Corey and Meagan Weber, of Daytona Beach, for $125,000. Built in 1961, the house is a 2/1 and has 936 square feet.

Nancy Dostie, of Chesterfield, Missouri, sold 1481 Kilrush Drive to William and Nancy Lindroth, of Ormond Beach, for $430,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,375 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $287,500.

Christopher Sweeney, of Ormond Beach, sold 3208 Grafton Drive to Donald and Colleen Walbrun, of Ormond Beach, for $312,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,695 square feet.

Gloria Delpino sold 1136 Athlone Way to Donald Schuldes, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1999, the townhouse is a 3/1.5 and has 1,600 square feet.

Oak Forest

Raymond and Jennifer Rivela sold 1300 Oak Forest Drive to Robert Hunsaker, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,718 square feet.

Pine Hills

Bonnie Lambert, of Bunnell, sold 1851 Linda Ave. to Kyaw Thein and Kathryn Maran, of Daytona Beach, for $125,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 2/1 and has 864 square feet.

Reflections Village

Scott and Teresa Siewert, of DeLand, sold 21 Old Macon Drive to Peter Tripoli, of Ormond Beach, for $380,000. Built in 1998, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,608 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $354,000.

The Trails

Micky Pedersen, of Daytona Beach, sold 6 Birchwood Trail to Brice and Doreen Lechler, of Ormond Beach, for $240,000. Built in 1979, the townhouse is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,780 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $83,200.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Neil Kelley and Mary Huggins, of Ormond Beach, sold 104 Via Madrid Drive to Michael Piccione, of Ormond Beach, for $700,000. Built in 2012, the house is a 3/3.5 and has a swimming pool and 2,654 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $600,000.

Lucy Vogel sold 6 Sea Chase Terrace to Michelle and Kyle Truesdale, of Ormond Beach, for $422,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,441 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $210,000.

James and Lisa McKenzie, of Flagler Beach, sold 110 Beau Rivage Drive to Mark and Louann Cornell, of West Brentwood, Tennessee, for $395,000. Built in 1963, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,978 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $379,000.

Janet Watkinson, of Brunswick, Maine, sold 3370 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3030, to Abbas and Rosemary Manbachi, of Wyoming, Pennsylvania, for $297,300. Built in 1987, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,275 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $168,000.

Lorraine and Mariano Rinella, of Lockport, Illinois, sold 2700 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 312, to Shirley Bennett, of Ormond Beach, for $295,000. Built in 1986, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,415 square feet.

FineMark National Bank and Trust, as trustee, sold 2294 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 1040, to Douglas and Jill Erdmann, of Ormond Beach, for $240,000. Built in 1985, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,121 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $225,000.

Michael Young, of Sebring, sold 27 Seaview Drive to Keith Carluccio, of Ormond Beach, for $233,500. Built in 1960, the house is a 2/2 and has 784 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $85,500.
