Riverside house sells for $3.5 million

A home on Riverside Drive was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of August 8-14 in the Multiple Listing Service. Lore Bledsoe, of Winter Park, sold 144 Riverside Drive to Jeromie Allan, of Ormond Beach, for $3.5 million. Built in 2003, the house is a 5/5.5 and has two fireplaces, a boat dock, boat house, swimming pool, elevator and 5,551 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Roger Doukas sold 789 Hope St. to Jennifer and Timothy Richardson, of Ormond Beach, for $534,900. Built in 1976, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,820 square feet.

Wayland and Carol Bennett, individually and as trustees, sold 13 Bayberry Drive to Diurbys Rodriguez, of Ormond Beach, for $460,000. Built in 1972, the house is a 5/4.5 and has a swimming pool and 3,808 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $342,000.

Edward and Tamara Warren, of Scottsburg, Indiana, sold 10 N. Ravensfield Lane to Jesse Nicole Harres, of Ormond Beach, for $450,000. Built in 1992, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,094 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $305,000.

Linda Miller-Lewandowski, individually and as trustee, sold 32 Brookwood Drive to Joseph and Goldie Wells, of South Daytona, for $420,000. Built in 1971, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,014 square feet.

Jack and Brenda Baughman, of De Leon Springs, sold 5 Oak Brook Drive to Matthew and Paige Asper, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 1990, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,704 square feet.

Timothy and Jennifer Richardson, of Ormond Beach, sold 467 N. Ridgewood Ave. to Carolyn Allen, of Maitland, for $305,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,708 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $145,000.

Marshall and Sandra Pouncey, of Ormond Beach, sold 461 Harbour Lights Drive to David Parker, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,680 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $160,000.

Lisa Brunetto, David Randall and Russell Randall, of Ormond Beach, sold 21 Bella Vita Way to Dennis and Chantal Rupert, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 2019, the townhouse is a 2/2.5 and has 1,636 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $190,000.

Egeneto Investments LLC and Halifax Area Properties LLC, of Flagler Beach, sold 272 N. Yonge St. to Veynovich Properties LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $150,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 2/1 and has 1,320 square feet. It sold in March for $105,000.

Frank and Carmen Zambrana sold 453 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 1000, to Robert and Becky Navidomskis, of Ormond Beach, for $62,900. Built in 1987, the condotel has 150 square feet.

Halifax Plantation

Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 3102 Silvermines Ave. to Thomas and Ronda Swaninger, of Fenton, Michigan, for $442,835. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,722 square feet.

Joseph and Kathleen Ferezy, of Ormond Beach, sold 3148 Connemara Drive to Susan Vormack, of Ormond Beach, for $353,000. Built in 2007, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,384 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $262,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

William and Michele Tebbenhoff, of Ormond Beach, sold 16 Abacus Ave. to Kenneth Lambert and James Gordon, of Ormond Beach, for $379,500. Built in 2013, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,210 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $234,000.

Mallards Reach

David Henry, of Niceville, sold 6 Archangel Circle to Maureen Hamilton, of Ormond Beach, for $450,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,428 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $339,900.

Ocean Village

Elizabeth Pupek, of Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan, sold 26 Oriole Circle, Unit A, to Barbara Thomas, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1947, the villa is a 2/1 and has 675 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $114,000.

Ormond Lakes

Patricia Roberson, of Delray Beach, sold 10 Windwillow Lane to Myra and Charles Rozar, of Ormond Beach, for $340,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,073 square feet.

Saddlers Run

Kristopher and Carolyn Rowley, of Ormond Beach, sold 68 Sounders Trail Circle to Jeffrey Bickish, of Sandpoint, Idaho, for $330,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,606 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $160,000.

The Trails

Jerry Peck and Miriam Kuhl, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Whispering Pines Trail to Peter and Maria Carrasco, of Palm Coast, for $350,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace and 2,118 square feet.

Village of Pine Run

Pathways of Light Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Oak Court to Dennis and Cady Murray, and Tricia Murray, of Duluth, Georgia, for $690,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 5/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, guest house and 3,568 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $386,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

George and Lindsay Fetko, of Disputanta, Virginia, sold 141 Capri Drive to Ruben and Evelyn Cruzpino, of Ormond Beach, for $564,500. Built in 2018, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,725 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $365,000.

David Newby, of Daytona Beach, sold 2750 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 440, to Sheila DiPasquale, of South Daytona, for $315,000. Built in 1973, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $137,000.

Melanie and James Wood sold 17 Pinta St. to Ed Castillo and Lori Bailey, of Key Largo, for $295,000. Built in 1959, the house is a 2/1 and has a fireplace and 975 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $195,000.

David and Laura Dellehunt, of Kinderhook, New York, sold 2220 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 107A, to Christopher and Tonya Talmadge, of Ocala, for $244,900. Built in 1981, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,283 square feet.
