After starting the season with two-straight losses, the Sandcrabs came agonizingly close to finishing the season at .500.

Down four points with nearly a minute left in the fourth quarter against DeLand, Seabreeze quarterback Jadyn Nirschl led the Sandcrabs on a potential game-winning drive.

However, an interception by Nirschl at midfield sealed the game, as the Bulldogs defeated Seabreeze 14-10 on the night of Friday, Nov. 3, at DeLand High School. The Sandcrabs' lone touchdown came on a toss from Nirschl to wide receiver Devonte Phillips.

Seabreeze (4-6) closed the season with three-straight losses, scoring a total of 35 points in that span.
