Seabreeze cross country competed at the 3A Region 1 championships over the weekend. The girls team finished ninth overall, and the boys finished 10th respectively. Leading the charge for the Sandcrabs were Nickole Dane and Tyler Herndon. Dane finished the course in a time of 21:12.10 (18th overall) and Herndon finished in 17:25.10 (11th overall). The following are the rest of the team results.

GIRLS 5000 METER RUN

Kimberly Collins - 21:33.30 (22nd overall).

Charlotte Harris - 23:47.60 (72nd overall).

Talia Newfield - 25:09.20 (83rd overall).

Ilari Droker - 25:42.20 (88th overall).

BOYS 5000 METER RUN

Hayden Herndon - 18:26.60 (43rd overall).

Trent Crick - 18:55.60 (59th overall).

Leonard Marinaccio - 20:18.70 (85th overall).

Cade Gallman - 20:34.20 (87th overall).

Luke Tugwell - 21:11.30 (95th overall).

Jay Teters - 21:33.70 (98th overall).
