Seabreeze falls to Spruce Creek 7-0

The Sandcrabs are off to an 0-1 start to the 2021 season.

The Seabreeze Sandcrabs went up against one of Florida’s top high school baseball teams, the Spruce Creek Hawks, on Thursday, Feb. 17, in Port Orange.

The Sandcrabs kept it close in the first innings with starting senior pitcher Mason Owen on the mound. But in the top of the third inning the Hawks broke out and scored 6 runs, then added another run in the fifth. The Hawks (3-0) won the game 7-0.
