Leah O'Brien, of Port Charlotte, sold 130 Rodeo Road to Joseph and Marilyn Boyd, of Ormond Beach, for $525,000. Built in 1988, the first house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,142 square feet. Built in 2006, the second house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,469 square feet. The property sold in 2012 for $435,000.
Sanan and Linda Klypluk, individually and as trustees, sold 541 John Anderson Drive to Spencer and Shea Williams, of Ormond Beach, for $329,500. Built in 1964, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,675 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $280,000.
