Seabreeze poured 24 shots on goal last Thursday against Leesburg, in the Class 3A regional quarterfinals. But they couldn't net a single one.

Leesburg scored one, and that was all the Lady Yellow Jackets needed, topping Seabreeze, 1-0, and ending the Lady Sandcrabs’ season.

Seabreeze coach Frank O’Donnell said his team had at least 10 quality chances.

“We showed a sense of urgency with 20 minutes left, and that was a little too late,” he said. “It was a disappointing loss.”

Seabreeze finished the season 13-4-6.
