A house on the Halifax River was the top real estate transaction for May 20-26 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Randall and Ann Tidwell, of Lizella, Georgia, sold 3710 John Anderson Drive to Donald and Cathie Stowe, of Ormond Beach, for $945,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 3,287 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $1.1 million.

Ormond Beach

Brian and Meredith Babb, of Ormond Beach, sold 219 Windward Circle to Donald Young and Erin Welch, of Ormond Beach, for $510,000. Built in 1960, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 3,078 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $310,000.

Laughlin Homes LLC, of Daytona Beach Shores, sold 915 Woodmere Circle to Monica Digioia, of Ormond Beach, for $312,400. Built in 1968, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,560 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $147,300.

TPDMF LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 4 Parkside Way to Christopher and Sara Ambrosio, of Ormond Beach, for $288,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,698 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $165,100.

Virginia Coolidge, of Orange Park, sold 598 N. Halifax Drive to Steven Carey, of Ormond Beach, for $269,000. Built in 1967, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,208 square feet. It sold in 1969 for $27,800.

Jim and Kathleen Oldham, of Chapin, South Carolina, sold 117 Willow Bend Lane to Joshua and Miriam Fuller, of Ormond Beach, for $262,500. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,040 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $165,000.

Kent Steele and Marsha Carlisle, of East Setauket, New York, sold 116 Dianne Drive to Zenon Turek, of San Diego, California, for $227,500. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,510 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $265,000.

Mary Barnhart, individually and as trustee, and Russell Barnhart, of Lexington, North Carolina, sold 39 Marjorie Trail to Ruchaka Balapuwaduge, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,885 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $180,000.

St. Augustine Ventures LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 1485 Springleaf Drive to Richard Pinelli Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $221,000. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,621 square feet.

Tiffany McFarran sold 121 Bonita Place to Rick and Amber Bayliff, of Ormond Beach, for $191,000. Built in 1969, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,635 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $61,000.

Kimberly Voorhees, of Ormond Beach, sold 198 Oleeta St. to Elizabeth and Jared Molinar, of Ormond Beach, for $169,000. Built in 1949, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,324 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $82,500.

Williams Adams and Elaine Stull sold 803 Arroyo Parkway to Tammy Short, of Ormond Beach, for $164,900. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,354 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $116,000.

Bruce Kaiser sold 12 Park Terrace to Kari Najar, of Ormond Beach, for $147,000. Built in 1985, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,583 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $82,000.

Breakaway Trails

John and Janet Pilgrim, of Ridgeland, Mississippi, sold 24 Coquina Ridge Way to Susan O’Hanlon, of Ormond Beach, for $365,000. Built in 1997, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,707 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $354,500.

Hunter’s Ridge

Cheryl Little, of Dallas, Georgia, sold 67 Levee Lane to Nancy Cruz and Jose Natanaren, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 2010, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,786 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $175,000.

Ormond Lakes

David Chesebro, of Ormond Beach, sold 46 Rocky Bluff Drive to Christine DaSilva, of Ormond Beach, for $372,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,858 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $363,100.

David and Kelley Keith, of New London, New Hampshire, sold 815 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 4B, to John and Margaret Morreale, of Austin, Texas, for $259,500. Built in 1969, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,020 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $245,000.

Plantation Bay

Robert and Bette Eames sold 1045 Hampstead Lane to Antonio and Ana Pires, of Trumbull, Connecticut, for $404,900. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,639 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $75,000.

Richard and Lori Kaminsky, of Banning, California, sold 1216 Sunningdale Lane to James and Kathleen O’Donnell, of Ormond Beach, for $310,000. Built in 2001, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,930 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $249,900.

Roger and Karen Shurling, of Ormond Beach, sold 1230 Crown Pointe Lane to Benjamin and Lilly Rios, of Stratford, Connecticut, for $275,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,204 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $232,000.

Scott and Diane Kellermeyer, of Rock Hill, South Carolina, sold 23 W. Sea Harbor Drive to Javier Hernandez and Juana Darce, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,680 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $72,500.

Duane and Susan McKee, as trustees, sold 57 Seacrest Drive to Jeanne Kisielnicki, of Ormond Beach, for $207,500. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 900 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $119,000.

Shanan and Jocelyn Mazelow, of Ormond Beach, sold 24 Palmetto Drive to Lucileivy Peraza and Alicia Sanchez, of Ormond Beach, for $170,000. Built in 1954, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 700 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $140,000.

William Gambert, as representative, sold 27 Tropical Drive to Dwayne Kugler, of Bridgewater, New Jersey, for $145,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 784 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $139,000.
