A house on the beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of April 14-20 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Elizabeth Defilippo, as trustee, sold 1081 Ocean Shore Blvd. to James and Laura Terlizzi, of Gulf Stream, for $950,000. Built in 1951, the house has two bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,163 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $1,035,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Lucianne Conklin and Eugene Agnone Jr., individually and as trustees, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit 5090, to John and Marye Marsden, of Midway, Kentucky, for $310,000. Built in 1996, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths, a half-bath and 3,050 square feet.

James and Patricia Huenefeld, of Fort Thomas, Kentucky, sold 1155 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 304, to Timothy O’Reilly, as trustee, for $305,000. Built in 1971, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,065 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $280,000.

Richard and Sharon Pfluger sold 88 Sounders Trail Circle to David and Sharon Michelet, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,952 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $165,000.

Jesus and Selene Parra, of Port Orange, sold 103 Hickory Hills Circle to James and Sierra Holcombe, of Ormond Beach, for $212,500. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,204 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $109,900.

Carlos Garcia and Sebastiana Zimmittii-Garcia, of Ormond Beach, sold 179 Arborvue Trail to Irene Baldwin, as trustee, for $190,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,800 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $140,000.

Daytona Easy Living Mobile Homes, of Port Orange, sold 1813 Woodcrest Drive to Lucille Soldano, of Ridgefield, Connecticut, for $88,900. Built in 1982, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,152 square feet.

Jamie Dore, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 Creek Bluff Way to Matthew Davis, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,935 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $250,000.

Chelsea Place

James and Sierra Holcombe, of Ormond Beach, sold 1212 Draycott St. to Family Capital Adjunct LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $355,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,029 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $330,300.

Ormond Lakes

Pierre Gougeon and Carole Cullen sold 9 Coquina Cliff Circle to Charles and Gordana Dinello, of Ormond Beach, for $464,900. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 3,185 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $320,000.

Plantation Bay

Joseph Fox and Susan Clark, of Ormond Beach, sold 1208 Harwick Lane to Wanda Mendoza, of Ormond Beach, for $345,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,963 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $446,100.

James and Erica Fritz, of Ormond Beach, sold 608 Aldenham Lane to Dennis and Cynthia Wheeler, of Ormond Beach, for $337,500. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,090 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $285,000.

Shannon Brooks, of Ormond Beach, sold 1134 Hansberry Court to Martin and Patricia Mannello, as trustees, for $211,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,604 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $184,000.

Plantation Pines

Wilmington Savings Fund Society, as trustee, sold 137 Pine Woods Road to Amber and Timothy Mathisen, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool, barn and 2,722 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $265,100.

Tomoka Estates

TYL Construction Inc. sold 1170 Roberts St. to James Ugorek and Jennifer Bedell, of Ormond Beach, for $362,000. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,919 square feet.

The Trails

Michael Roberts, individually and as trustee, sold 303 Timberline Trail to Jerome Novotny, of Ormond Beach, for $144,000. Built in 1981, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,348 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $85,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Joseph Rivera, of Kihei, Hawaii, sold 6 Buckingham Drive to Natale Rotondi, of Edison, New Jersey, for $375,000. Built in 1974, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,460 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $295,000.

Robert and Diana Knight, of Ormond Beach, sold 35 Concord Drive to Jeremy and Jaclyn Probst, of Ormond Beach, for $330,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,220 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $235,000.

David Busch and Sue Busch, of North Wales, Pennsylvania, sold 23 Surfside Drive to Mark and Cathy Ramsay, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 1968, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,215 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $195,000.

Christine Siderius, of Ormond Beach, sold 25 Seabreeze Drive to Lillian Waldron and Judy Rankin, of Anthony, for $280,000. Built in 2005, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,482 square feet.

Emin Cay, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 Evergreen Circle to William and Susan Wintjen, of Ormond Beach, for $264,500. Built in 1974, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,531 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $200,000.

Marion Rabin, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Eucalyptus Circle to Kevin Goodin and Ruth Barron, of Ormond Beach, for $249,900. Built in 1962, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,400 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $63,000.

Edith Wilber sold 16 San Jose Circle to Jamie Dore, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1966, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,346 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $43,500.

Dianne Head, of Ormond Beach, sold 212 Essex Drive to Christine Edwards, Heather Jordon and Ruth Cormany, of Ormond Beach, for $222,500. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,068 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $229,900.

Robert, Jeffrey, and Thomas Tiplady, of Ormond Beach, sold 16 Aqua Vista Drive to Eileen Bonesteel, of Ormond Beach, for $196,000. Built in 1960, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,216 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $42,500.

BGSL LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 30 Margaret Road to Ismael Mendoza Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $196,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,034 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $159,000.

Donald Redmond and Bonnie Blad sold 28 River Shore Drive to Cecil and Bobbie Carnes, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,102 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $81,700.

James Roether, of Atascadero, California, sold 48 Alamanda Drive to Ezra Mead and Joshua Mead, of Ponte Vedra Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1953, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 700 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $80,000.

MTGLQ Investors L.P., of Irvine, California, sold 2006 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 80, to Sandra Clark and Jeffry McGolrick, of Toronto, Ontario, for $160,000. Built in 1981, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,080 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $189,400.
