The top selling property in The Trails for Jan. 19 to May 6 was a house with 3,354 square feet of living space. Timothy and Stephanie Thomas sold 51 Choctaw Trail to Shawn Flaherty, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 1979, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and swimming pool. It sold in 1989 for $130,000.

Michael and Monie Jones sold 118 Shady Branch Trail to Darren and Heather Sams, of Ormond Beach, for $310,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,505 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $185,000.

Russell Wittenberg, of Titusville, and Roger and Myra Wittenberg, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Rising Moon Trail to Stewart Finck, of Ormond Beach, for $212,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,064 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $123,000.
