Thomas and Victoria Rhodes, of Ormond Beach, sold 7 Broadwater Drive to Brandon and Catherine Runyan, of Ormond Beach, for $650,000. Built in 1992, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,038 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $530,000.

Matthew and Patricia Wood, of Ormond Beach, sold 1051 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 901, to Ralph and Maureen Fischer, of Pittsburgh, for $430,000. Built in 1982, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,836 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $300,000.
Harpyle Properties Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 150 Ellicott Drive to Thomas and Francine MacDonald, of Ormond Beach, for $326,500. Built in 1963, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,250 square feet. It sold in June for $195,000.
Carole MacDonough, of North Las Vegas, Nevada, sold 722 N. Halifax Drive to Jason and Dawn Sauer, of Ormond Beach, for $324,900. Built in 1963, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,217 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $112,000.
Stephen and Sandra Hogue, of Ormond Beach, sold 66 Lucky Drive to Michael Pantely and Michael Derek Pantely, of New Smyrna Beach, for $320,000. The property has a house built in 1949 with three bedrooms, two baths and 1,392 square feet; and a house built in 1976 with four bedrooms, three baths and 1,896 square. It sold in 2001 for $200,000.
Alison Kolodinsky, individually and as trustee, sold 1 John Anderson Drive to Graham and Carol Heimendach, as trustees, for $275,000. Built in 1996, the condo has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,675 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $298,500.
William and Doris Keene, of Ormond Beach, sold 913 Northbrook Drive to Shannon and Shanna Burns, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,696 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $84,900.

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 33 Winding Creek Way to Ron Williams Sr. and Lisa Metcalf, of Port Orange, for $203,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,048 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $143,000.

CP and HG Residential Lots LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 109 Chelsea Place Ave. to Benay Shorstein and Eric Leb, of Ormond Beach, for $371,605. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,526 square feet.
Halifax Plantation
Janice Cox, of Hamburg, New Jersey, sold 3161 Kailiani Court to Marcelino Perez Jr, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $185,600.
Hunter’s Ridge
Peter Beaudet, of St. Augustine, sold 31 Herringbone Way to Cathy Pulliam, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,682 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $265,000.
Plantation Bay
James Quinn, individually and as trustee, sold 402 Long Cove Road to William and Trish Muldoon, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,546 square feet. It sold in May for $362,000.
Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 704 Aldenham Lane to Marcia Jackson, of Ormond Beach, for $233,735. Built in 2017, the townhouse has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,056 square feet.

Claire Jennings, of Tallahassee, sold 286 Timberline Trail to Peter and Carol Polzella, of Ormond Beach, for $151,900. Built in 1979, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,426 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $79,900.

Timothy and Margaret Law, of Newton Square, Pennsylvania, sold 101 Horseshoe Trail to Susan Eaton, of Ormond Beach, for $170,000. Built in 1982, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,283 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $85,000.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Henry Waters sold 180 Coquina Key Drive to Jonathan and Deborah Spiegel, of Young Harris, Georgia, for $530,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,562 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $499,900.
Jacqueline Contois, of Ormond Beach, sold 2565 John Anderson Drive to Martha Artiles and Orestes Hondui, of Ormond Beach, for $500,000. Built in 1963, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, two fireplaces, a boat dock, swimming pool and 2,585 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $400,000.
Hicks, Bender, Hicks LLC, of Cleveland, Tennessee, sold 3110 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 214, to Elisa Knott, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 1991, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,000 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $105,000.
