Leo Larow sold 20 Winding Creek Way to Megan Carroll, of Ormond Beach, for $390,000. Built in 1988, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,376 square feet.

Joseph Prince, of Ormond Beach, sold 29 Talaquah Blvd. to Leftah Inc., of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,287 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $265,000.

Debbie Rotstein sold 95 Brookwood Drive to Robert and Billie Carolin, of Ormond Beach, for $268,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,658 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $79,000.

St. Augustine Ventures LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 1523 Springleaf Drive to Hong Mei Xue, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,810 square feet.

Heidi McCarthy, of Ormond Beach, sold 179 Hamlet Trace to Nelson and Martha Pottmeyer, of Ormond Beach, for $232,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,708 square feet.

Elvis and Tameka Jones, of Tampa, sold 6 Park Meadows Circle to Yadira Gonce, of Ormond Beach, for $199,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,481 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $159,500.

David and Cheryl Burgess, of Ormond Beach, sold 965 Golf Ave. to Mark and Ann-Liza Kaufman, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,382 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $79,900.

Kathryn McHugh and Cody Makuch, of Port Orange, sold 1464 Springleaf Drive to Michael Kyle, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,395 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $159,300.

Patricia Manning sold 2 Park Meadow Circle to Jasper and Sheila Lowder, of Ormond Beach, for $181,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,610 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $153,500.

Colleen Calnan and Danielle Rezendes sold 201 Orange Grove Drive, Unit B, to Paul and Johanne Embrey, of Ormond Beach, for $120,000. Built in 1984, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,262 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $89,000.

Istvan and Anna Balogh sold 170 Limewood Place, Unit D, to Aloise Tkacik, of Flagler Beach, for $114,000. Built in 1986, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,316 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $161,500.

Paul and Laura McGahagan sold 55 Vining Court, Unit 2180, to John Mitchell, of Ormond Beach, for $91,102. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 930 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $73,000.

Elizabeth Macken, of Monroe Township, New Jersey, sold 47 Winding Creek Way to Robert and Joyce MacLaughlan, of Ormond Beach, for $280,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,179 square feet.

CP and HG Residential Lots LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 340 Chesham St. to Maxine Frazer and Jared Johnson, of Daytona Beach, for $351,279. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,008 square feet.

KB Home Jacksonville LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 119 Pergola Place to Daniel Clarke and Jennifer Cerullo, of Ormond Beach, for $279,990. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,530 square feet.

John and Carol Hargreaves, of Chester, England, sold 8 Windwillow Lane to Old Titan I LLC, of San Juan Capistrano, California, for $264,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,400 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $305,000.

Edward and Nancy Rothkegel, of Ormond Beach, sold 76 Big Buck Trail to Maurice and Mary McKinney, of Ormond Beach, for $193,500. Built in 1989, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,713 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $140,000.

Tomoka Estates

Antony and Amy Haworth and of Daytona Beach, sold 1083 Roberts St. to Paul and Elberta Eddy, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,380 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $125,000.

Stephanie Zaroff, of Philadelphia, sold 1463 John Anderson Drive to Jeffrey and Stacey Doerr, of East Peoria, Illinois, for $230,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,653 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $325,000.

Gregory D’Alessio, individually and as trustee, and Patricia D’Alessio, of Fernandina Beach, sold 2290 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 205, to Gorricho and Zandria Conyers, of Carmel, Indiana, for $220,000. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,121 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $310,000.

John and Maryann Towie, of Holly Hill, sold 36 Dolphin Ave. to Tony and Beth Carlen, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1962, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,365 square feet. It sold in 1969 for $18,000.

Steven Reed, of Ormond Beach, sold 1252 Riverbreeze Blvd. to Gerald Saunier Jr. and Karen Hanson, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,300 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $165,000.

Patricia Lapham, Kathleen Eastman, Margaret Iacopucci, Monica Palladino, Richard Farren and Eileen Smith, of Benington, Vermont, sold 61 Rivocean Drive to Alex and Gail Perillo, of Mohopac, New York, for $196,000. Built in 1959, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,166 square feet. It sold in 1982 for $58,500.

George Bradley, of Pointe-Claire, Quebec, sold 2810 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 100, to Richard and Allen Chapman, and Barbara O’Neill, of Central Islip, New York, for $100,000. Built in 1971, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,216 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $53,500.
