A house in Halifax Plantation was the top transaction for Oct. 7-13 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Richard and Lorraine Pascucci sold 1525 Kilrush Drive to Carlos and Ronda Rosario, of Ormond Beach, for $374,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,098 square feet. It sold 2010 for $272,500. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Robert and Donna Olive, of Jacksonville, sold 22 Talaquah Blvd. to Aaron and Ashley Hankin, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 1992, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2.783 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $282,000.

Mary Sicilian, of Ormond Beach, sold 603 N. Ridgewood Ave. to John Day, of Dublin, Georgia, for $270,000. Built in 1965, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,591 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $110,000.

George Pappas, individually and as trustee, sold 548 N. Halifax Drive to Thomas Harris and Rita Avinger, of Ormond Beach, for $259,000. Built in 1966, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,003 square feet.

Judith Westfall sold 2 Cypress View Trail to Lawrence and Mary Rush, of Ormond Beach, for $257,500. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,033 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $150,000.

Scott and Alison Macleod, of Ocala, sold 915 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 5010, to Linda Dileo, of Ormond Beach, for $236,000. Built in 1972, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,175 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $90,000.

Athena Hazlaris, of White Plains, New York, sold 4 Reflections Village Drive to Richard and Sharon Maltbie, of Ormond Beach, for $217,750. Built in 1996, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,626 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $137,680.

Darren Guffey, of Ormond Beach, sold 60 Putnam Ave. to Susan Starmer, of Ormond Beach, for $200,000. Built in 1959, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,148 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $114,900.

Coastal Partners Group Inc. sold 922 Parkwood Drive to Timothy Manning, of Ormond Beach, for $199,000. Built in 1964, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,304 square feet. It sold in June for $108,200.

Genevieve Heitlauf and Leslie Rich, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 1444 Springleaf Drive to Andrew and Jessica Burch, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,603 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $188,000.

John and Tamara Toppen, of Ormond Beach, sold 68 Ravenwood Court to Michael and Claudia Chindamo, of Ormond Beach, for $173,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,260 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $55,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

Joshua and Cicely Hartwick, of Marysville, Washington, sold 38 Laurel Ridge Break to Tatiana Kosyak, as trustee, for $258,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, five baths and 2,178 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $235,000.

Oak Forest

Joshua and Chelsea French sold 2 Eileen Terrace to Lindsay Rhonehouse, of Ormond Beach, for $280,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,032 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $137,000.

Plantation Bay

Mario and Jane Arena, of St. Augustine, sold 1291 Royal Pointe Lane to Lee and Donna Mauricio, of Ormond Beach, for $350,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,926 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $204,000.

Trails North 40

John Taylor Jr., individually and as trustee, sold 130 Deer Lake Circle to Paul and Lisa Sizemore, of Columbia, South Carolina, for $222,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,050 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $130,275.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Linda Dileo, of Ormond Beach, sold 9 Concord Drive to Karen Jorgensen, of Daytona Beach, for $320,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,316 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $205,000.

Carol Rajczewski, of Deltona, sold 50 Palm Drive to Patricia Coffey, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 900 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $110,000.
