Thirty-eight and counting: B.B. gun bandit strikes again, police seek help

Police are on the lookout for a vandal who has shot out 38 windows in Ormond Beach with a B.B. gun-type weapon since November.

Ormond Beach Police are investigating a rash of incidents where a BB gun-type weapon was used to shoot out various windows throughout the city.

To date, police have taken 38 reports where windows on businesses, residences and vehicles have been randomly targeted. The incidents began at the end of November 2013, with the most recent incident occurring over the weekend of Jan. 18.
