Blue Skies Realestate LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 24 Broadriver Road to Richard and Susan Upchurch, of Ormond Beach, for $665,000. Built in 1998, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a three-car garage, fireplace, swimming pool, boat house, boat dock and 3,992 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $760,000.

ORMOND BEACH

James and Denise Finley, of Flagler Beach, sold 7 Broadwater Road to Blue Skies Realestate LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $209,000 Built in 1992, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace and 3,038 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $283,500.

Margaret and Joshua Kulpa, of Ormond Beach, sold 913 Peninsula Drive to Ian Anderson and Meghan Ross, of Ormond Beach, for $186,500. Built in 1958, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 1,842 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $103,000.

Susan Marie Lisicki and Michael Stanley Babic, of Ormond Beach, sold 701 River Oak Drive to Timothy Biggs, of Ormond Beach, for $140,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,531 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $70,000.

Breakaway Trails

Michael and Donna Flick, of Galion, Ohio, sold 133 Black Hickory Way to Rufus and Harriet Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, a swimming pool and 2,172 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $250,000.

Paul and Nancy Collins, of Greenville, N.C., sold 65 Carriage Creek Way to IH3 Property Florida LP, of Tampa, for $175,500. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,916 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $129,000.

Ormond Lakes

John and Eileen Ernst, of Longboat Key, sold 35 Lakecliff Drive to Michael and Jennifer Sibley, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,686 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $70,300.

Plantation Bay

Jo Amundson, of Trinity, sold 1043 Hampstead Lane to Ivonne M. Perez, of Washington D.C., for $415,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, a swimming pool and 2,642 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $379,000.

The Trails

Peggy and Herman McMurry, of Ormond Beach, sold 117 Shady Branch Trail to Carolina Woodruff, of Ormond Beach, for $475,000. Built in 1981, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace and 4,316 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $276,500.

Gerald and Shirley Peters, of Geneva, Ill., sold 200 Sagebrush Trail to Douglas Ruschak, of Ormond Beach, for $147,500. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,743 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $96,000.

Barbara Widmaier, of Ormond Beach, sold 32 Valhalla Ave. to Laura Doig, of Ormond Beach, for $140,000. Built in 1971, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,660 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $139,900.

Nancy Smith, of Ormond Beach, sold 23 Wildwood Trail to Gerard M. Reda, of Ormond Beach, for $115,000. Built in 1983, the villa has two bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 1,551 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $85,000.

Diane J. Osterholm, of Palm Coast, sold 303 Timberline Trail to Rita Woods, trustee of the Joseph Bruce Woods and Rita C. Woods Revocable Trust, of Ormond Beach, for $85,000. Built in 1981, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,348 square feet. It sold in 1984 for $69,000.

Tymber Creek

John Miseyko, of Daytona Beach Shores, sold 239 Ashford Court to Guadalupe Juarez, of Ormond Beach, for $153,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,863 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $76,300.

ORMOND-BY-THE-SEA

Frank T. Jackson, of Lake Mohegan, N.Y., sold 1239 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 6F, to Penny and Beverley PenDell, of Olive Branch, Miss., for $285,000. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,699 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $228,000.

Jackie D. Hogan, of Lake Wylie, S.C., sold 115 Holland Road to Elvin V. Jarvis, of Ormond Beach, for $102,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 720 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $111,000.
