Top Ormond Beach real estate transaction over $2 million

A house on the Halifax River was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of March 7-13 in the Multiple Listing Service. Malcolm and Kelli Gottlich, of Charleston, South Carolina, sold 300 Riverside Drive to Jerome Unatin, as trustee, for $2.35 million. Built in 2002, the house is a 4/3.5 and has two fireplaces, a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 6,156 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Danielle and Robert Leffler, of Ormond Beach, sold 410 River Square Lane to Anthony and Linda Sargent, of Ormond Beach, for $443,000. Built in 2017, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,345 feet. It sold in 2017 for $299,500.

David and Audrey Bittman, of Ormond Beach, sold 74 Apian Way to Richard and Angela DeNovellis, of Ormond Beach, for $355,000. Built in 2008, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,172 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $315,000.

Rudy and Taylor Aleman, of Ormond Beach, sold 77 Chrysanthemum Drive to Matthew and Rebecka Wyatt, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,679 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $219,800.

Sandra Lee, of Ormond Beach, sold 362 Wilmette Circle to William and Tina Dunn, of Ormond Beach, for $239,000. Built in 1971, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,334 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $210,000.

Sharon McClure, Elizabeth Meza and Ronald Hernandez sold 120 N. Arbor Drive to Peter Beaudet, Courtney Winn-Lacates and Jennifer Lacates, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1953, the house is a 2/1 and has 1,426 square feet.

Jason Hattaway, of Ormond Beach, sold 104 Northbrook Lane to William Routt, of Ormond Beach, for $196,000. Built in 1981, the townhouse is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,448 square feet.

Chelsea Place

Susanne Smith, of Ormond Beach, sold 412 Nottinghill St. to Michael and Timatha Thomas, of Ormond Beach, for $497,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,989 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $386,900.

Halifax Plantation

Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 3031 Silvermines Ave. to Earle and Cottie Benson, as trustees, for $675,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,478 square feet.

Everett and Lucille Manley, of Daytona Beach, sold 1452 Pecos Drive to Mary and Charles Clements, of Ormond Beach, for $650,000. Built in 1994, the house is a 4/3 and has two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 3,302 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $530,000.

Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 3078 Silvermines Ave. to Tracey and Karen Riha, of Ormond Beach, for $392,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,914 square feet.

Kings Crossing

Nader Meqdad sold 25 Kingsbridge Crossing Drive to Elizabeth Aloisa, of Ormond Beach, for $339,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,892 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $290,000.

Plantation Bay

Sandra and John Duchesne, individually and as trustees, sold 1031 Hampstead Lane to Land Trust No. 1031 for $735,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 5/4 and has a fireplace, swimming pol and 3,316 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $450,000.

The Trails

Firouzeh and Houshang Tavakoli, of Silver Spring, Maryland, sold 20 Crooked Tree Trail to Hollandia Real Estate LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $310,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,239 square feet.

Tymber Creek

Patricia Rybak, of Plainfield, Illinois, sold 353 Applegate Landing to Mossy Oak Homes LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,381 square feet.

Trails South Forty

Allan Kaplan sold 98 Hay Bale Trail to Trina Cowan, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1987, the townhouse is a 3/2 and has 1,456 square feet.

Winding Woods

Ruchaka Balapuwaduge and Santhoshani Palamandadige, of Altamonte Springs, sold 39 Marjorie Trail to James and Samantha Szumigala, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 1992, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,885 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $180,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

John and Angela Ortolani, of Daytona Beach, sold 1368 John Anderson Drive to Concetta Papa, of Ormond Beach, for $1,157,300. Built in 1985, the house is a 5/4.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 5,724 square feet.

Richard and Linda Taggart, individually and as trustees, sold 1183 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 802, to Roger Chillemi and Stephanie Wall, of Hampton Bays, New York, for $379,000. Built in 1995, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,198 square feet.

Ceferina Trenholm, of Ontario, Canada, sold 119 Mariners Drive to Maureen O’Connell, of Ormond Beach, for $370,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,264 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $225,000.

Tohidul and Yari Chowdhury, of Ormond Beach, sold 103 Essex Drive to Douglas and Leslie Case, of Oceanside, California, for $267,500. Built in 1955, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,252 square feet.

Diana Ballew sold 42 Seaside Drive to Gladys King-Rubio and James Ingram, of Westminster California, for $206,000. Built in 1950, the house is a 2/1 and has 1,266 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $155,000.

Bosarvey Corp., of Holly Hill, sold 2800 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 8, to Ronald Hutchison, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1972, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,216 square feet.

Nathan and Nancy Brandon sold 2100 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 1150, to Justin and Jocelyn Krise, of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1973, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,087 square feet.

Ronald Hutchison, of Ormond Beach, sold 1510 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 4140, to Kenneth and Tracy Stys, of Ormond Beach, for $137,500. Built in 1973, the condo is a 2/1 and has 952 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $135,000.
