The top selling residence for April 7-13 in Port Orange and South Daytona is in Spruce Creek Fly-In. John Mullaney, of Port Orange, sold 50 Lazy Eight Drive to Andrew and Eileen Weingram, of Highland Lakes, New Jersey, for $625,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, airplane hangar and 2,515 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $378,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

 

Allandale

Maier Meadows LLC sold 5132 Taylor Ave. to Larry and Anita Gillam, of Port Orange, for $209,000. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,484 square feet.

 

Robert and Sabrina Morin sold 5401 Barhydt Ave. to Katherine Bartholomew, of Port Orange, for $116,000. Built in 1979, the manufactured home has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,437 square feet.

 

Baywood

Jessica Fowler and Kimberly Dietz, of Port Orange, sold 5570 Lancewood Drive to Morgan and Tina Hay, of Port Orange, for $154,900. Built in 1962, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,161 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $25,000.

 

Brandy Hills

Joann and Joseph Riccobono, of Port Orange, sold 214 Peppermint Way to Manu and Rebecca Bhardwaj, of Port Orange, for $185,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,263 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $38,800.

 

Countryside West

Paul Cleave, of Magnetawan, Ontario, sold 977 Countryside W Blvd. to Robert Hill and Deborah Dennis, of Port Orange, for $290,000. Built in 1998, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,933 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $209,500.

 

Cypress Head

Priscilla Brodie sold 30 Golf Villa Drive to James and Linda Holt, of Port Orange, for $248,750. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,781 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $139,500.

 

Groves

Raphael and Heather Camilo, of Palm Coast, sold 3807 Grove View Lane to Nicholas and Kate Miller, of Port Orange, for $225,000. Built in 1993, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,679 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $145,000.

Kelly Hindson, of Port Orange, sold 830 Airport Road, Unit 412, to Joshua Adam, of Port Orange, for $143,000. Built in 2002, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $118,500.

U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, sold 497 Oakland Park Blvd. to Jonathan Strouse and Taylor Montgomery, of Port Orange, for $235,500. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,874 square feet.

 

Pinnacle Park

Paytas Homes Inc., of Port Orange, sold 708 Victory Lane to Nancy Johnson, of Port Orange, for $299,900. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,659 square feet.

 

Ravenwood

Shawn and Kelly Biederman sold 5 Woodside Drive to Allen Swilling, of Ormond Beach, for $246,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 1,680 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $110,000.

 

Rolling Hills Estates

Dionisio and Correne Campbell, of Port Orange, sold 5950 Rocko Road to Jeffrey and Julie Swartz, of Port Orange, for $614,900. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,881 square feet.

Walter and Louise Karo, of Port Orange, sold 6806 Vintage Lane to Danny and Susanne Neale, of Port Orange, for $304,000. Built in 2012, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,910 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $199,300.

Lydia’s Investments LLC, of Port Orange, sold 1610 S. Palmetto Ave., Unit 2, to Magdy and Denise Boulos, as trustees, for $62,000. Built in 1969, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 960 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $80,000.
