A house on the Halifax River off North Beach Street was the top real estate transaction for July 1-7 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Gerald Zavota, of Ormond Beach, sold 38 Dresden Circle to Elias Freidus Jr., as trustee, for $640,000. Built in 1972, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock, boat house and 1,982 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $450,000.

Alan and Teri Moyer sold 117 Pine Creek Trail to Andrew and Cheron Hale, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,493 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $147,000.
Javier Hernandez and Juana Darce, of Ormond Beach, sold 70 River Drive to Denise Seymour, of Carmel, New York, for $200,000. Built in 1952, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 840 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $79,500.
Charles Knoll, or Queensland, Australia, sold 11 Pine Trail to Bryan George, of Ormond Beach, for $200,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,742 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $140,000.
Shelley Lofthouse, of Ormond Beach, sold 41 Chippingwood Lane to David and Song Green, of Ormond Beach, for $187,500. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,407 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $93,900.
David and Belinda Michels, and Joanne Dutiel sold 1340 Fairway Ave. to David and Debra Colon, of Ormond Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1977, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,121 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $115,000.
David Wengert, of Ormond Beach, sold 8 Park Terrace to Joan Donovan, of Ormond Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1984, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,477 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $120,000.
John Brady, of West End, North Carolina, sold 642 Robin Road, Unit A, to Robert Cronk, of Ormond Beach, for $149,500. Built in 1947, the villa has two bedrooms, one bath and 808 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $62,500.

Eric and Natalie Hochstetler, of Port Orange, sold 53 Circle Creek Way to Michael and Lauren Heiland, of Ormond Beach, for $349,900. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,563 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $255,800.

Crystal Anderson, of Ormond Beach, sold 394 Military Blvd. to Kathryn and Patrick O’Reilly, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,413 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $142,500.

Harry and Paula Besselink sold 1345 Antrim Circle to Judith Dischel and Nancy Hartzong, of Ormond Beach, for $410,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,209 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $78,350.
Paul and Margaret Schmidt, of Merrimack, New Hampshire, sold 3775 Carrick Drive to Michael and Ruth Granger, of Ormond Beach, for $382,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,061 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $235,000.

Godfrey Hilado, of Ormond Beach, sold 23 Blockhouse Court to Daniel and Lutitia Gressang, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,231 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $254,000.
Tomoka Estates
Robert Wulfekuhl II and Judith Bibik sold 1127 Indigo Road to Tara Kilcullen, of Ormond Beach, for $317,500. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,936 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $242,000.
Tomoka Oaks
Helen Earnshaw, of Sandy Hook, Connecticut, sold 2 Waterfront Court to Lorey Hage for $610,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 3,002 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $500,000.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Kim Simpson, individually and as trustee, sold 11 Sea Grape Terrace to Robert and Terry Vetter, of Ormond Beach, for $410,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,564 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $260,000.
James Schreiner, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 Wisteria Drive to John Cochran and Kelly Stevens, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 1961, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $238,500.
Charles and Gay Dearbeck, of Ormond Beach, sold 131 Marlin Drive to Roger and Sandra Howard, of Ormond Beach, for $261,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,234 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $208,000.
Christine DeMontravel, of Ormond Beach, sold 14 Longfellow Circle Eric Krumm, of Wesley Chapel, for $215,000. Built in 1969, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,220 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $149,000.
Bipin Shah, individually and as trustee, sold 2700 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 414, to Francis Manning, of Palmetto Bay, for $165,900. Built in 1986, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 925 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $125,000.
