Top seller almost gets $1 million

A house on the Tomoka River was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of Oct. 4 thru Oct. 10 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Floyd and Connie Graham, of Ormond Beach, sold 435 Pine Bluff Trail to Old Tomoka Holdings LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $960,000. Built in 1995, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, barn, boat house and 4,726 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Ormond Beach

James Collins, of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, sold 160 Royal Dunes Blvd. to Brittany O'Dwyer, of Ormond Beach, for $420,000. Built in 1962, the house has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a fireplace and 2,438 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $245,000.

Richard and Elizabeth Hanley, of Nashville, sold 21 Carrington Lane to Daniel and Maria Perkins, of Ormond Beach, for $240,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,903 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $172,945.

Patricia Norman, of Ormond Beach, sold 620 Andrews St. to Anthony Ayala, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, boat dock and 1,582 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $120,000.

Steven Cyr, of Ormond Beach, sold 514 McIntosh Road to William Latella, Sr., of Ormond Beach, for $200,000. Built in 1960, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,091 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $156,000.

Jon Yarbrough, of Tallahassee, sold 36 Lake Walden Trail to Ann Way, of Daytona Beach, for $185,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,846 square feet. It sold in March for $178,000.

U.S. Bank NA, as trustee, sold 11 Silver Fox Trail to Jacqueline Bello, of Daytona Beach, for $162,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,477 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $255,000.

Eva Beatty-Kuehner, as trustee, sold 5 Lake Meadow Way to Jacqueline Dittrich, of Pompano Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,586 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $94,900.

Jo Lynn Durrance, David Pijot and Barbara Schmidt, of Ormond Beach, sold 51 Misners Trail to Larry and Evelyn Lane, of Ormond Beach, for $147,500. Built in 1988, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,252 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $79,500.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp., of Carrollton, Texas, sold 319 Sawmill Creek Court to Christine Szata, of Ormond Beach, for $141,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,143 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Donna and Darrell Parsons, as trustees, sold 108 Pinion Circle to Hagop Keshishian, of Ormond Beach, for $139,900. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,565 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $135,000.

Ronald and Jacqueline Green, of Port Orange, sold 37 Sandpiper Circle to Mark Siebert, Sr., of Ormond Beach, for $117,900. Built in 1984, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $69,000.

Bank of America N.A., of Chandler, Arizona, sold 194 Cambridge Court to Michael Regev, of Ormond Beach, for $80,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,282 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $180,000.

Thomas Marrone, of Quinlan, Texas, sold 1303 Arroyo Parkway to Terrence Sicilia II, of Ormond Beach, for $35,000. Built in 1969, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 744 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $55,000.

Breakaway Trails

John and Kathleen Patterson, of Chincoteague, Virginia, sold 46 Winding Creek Way to Robert and Joyce MacLaughlan, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,381 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $218,000.

Halifax Plantation

William and Lynda Friel, of Ormond Beach, sold 1336 Asher Court to Mary McNeill, of Colonial Beach, for $183,700. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $181,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

Tom and Sarah Smith, of Ormond Beach, sold 101 Levee Lane to Joshua and Amber DeMarsico-Birkland, of Palm Coast, for $260,000. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,622 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $199,810.

Jenna Webb, of Ormond Beach, sold 43 Levee Lane to Diamond W Properties LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $188,000. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,940 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $177,500.

Plantation Bay

Nasser and Fereshteh Babazadeh, of Daytona Beach, sold 1113 Oxbridge Lane to Harvey and Linda Frank, of Ormond Beach, for $650,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,418 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $600,000.

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 1228 KilKenny Court to William Spink, of Marcy, New York, for $199,900. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,510 square feet. No other sales were listed.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Bernard and Ramona Ryan, of Flagler Beach, sold 178 Coquina Key Drive to Robert and Jacqueline Smedley, of Jacksonville, for $570,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 1,950 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $462,000.

Tarik Minor, of Jacksonville, sold 10 Surfside Drive to James and Kathleen Bauer, of Jacksonville, for $247,500. Built in 1972, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,555 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $150,000.

Carolyn Ferguson and Virginia Robb, as personal representative, sold 1575 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 705, to Nick and Vanessa Viera, of Ormond Beach, for $205,000. Built in 1974, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,227 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $127,500.

Lawrence Firestone, of Carlsbad, California, sold 30 Sunrise Ave. to Carole Lytle, of Ormond Beach, for $169,000. Built in 1964, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,195 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $237,000.

John and Wendi Coheley, of Ocoee, sold 855 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 243, to Julio and Heidi Rivera, of West Chester, Ohio, for $167,500. Built in 1971, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,020 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $155,000.

Kathleen and Michael Clark, of Palm Coast, sold 2820 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 310, to Mona Bennett, of Deptford, New Jersey, for $142,000. Built in 1972, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 608 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $65,000.
