Ivy Sanchez, of New York, sold 4 Moss Point Drive to Stephen and Mary Gabrilov, of Ormond Beach, for $582,120. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, five baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 4,645 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $600,000.

Mark and Melissa Boatner, of Ormond Beach, sold 121 Rodeo Road to Alan and Elizabeth Eads, of Lake Worth, for $380,000. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 4,218 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $145,000.
William and Lisa McCarthy, of Ormond Beach, sold 663 Pineland Trail to Philip and Susanna Raymond, of Ormond Beach, for $349,000. Built in 1984, the house has a separate apartment, three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,800 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $22,000.
