A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of April 11-17 in the Multiple Listing Service. Stephen Disalvo, individually and as trustee, sold 1552 John Anderson Drive to Marc and Pamela Zboch, of Ormond Beach, for $1.6 million. Built in 2013, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 2,937 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Scott and Gina Menez, of Ormond Beach, sold 257 Barrel Turn to Jason and Jeanne Neat, of Ormond Beach, for $460,000. Built in 1998, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,936 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $305,000.

Nathaniel and Clora James sold 4 Talaquah Blvd. to Pedro and Luz Merconchini, of Ormond Beach, for $445,000. Built in 1995, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 3,094 square feet.

Tanina and Nicholas Gerogiannis sold 482 River Square Lane to Jacob and Trista Kendell, of Ormond Beach, for $395,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,057 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $278,300.

Goodwin Properties Group LLC sold 8 Aston Circle to John Casiello, of Chicago, for $272,000. Built in 1990, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,599 square feet. It sold in January for $190,000.

Kaitlyn McKinley and Hayden Dobbins, of Ormond Beach, sold 182 Arborvue Trail to Eric and Melissa Hendrickson, of Ormond Beach, for $267,000. Built in 2000, the townhouse is a 3/2.5 and has 1,779 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $186,200.

Terry and Marcia Huckle, of Edgewater, sold 1917 Dimmers Road to Greg Taylor, of Shallow Lake, Canada, for $249,000. Built in 1971, the manufactured home is a 4/1.5 and has a fireplace, barn and 1,816 square feet.

Ormond Realty Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 27 Laurel Oaks Circle to Lesley Nace, of Pine City, Minnesota, for $245,000. Built in 1983, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,230 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $86,000.

Audrey Martin, of Holly Hill, sold 205 Putnam Ave. to Kitty Hairfield, as trustee, for $214,900. Built in 1958, the house is a 2/1.5 and has 1,059 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $84,500.

Concetta Thomas, of Houston, sold 353 Thackery Road to William Gandy III, of Ormond Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1960, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,112 square feet.

Pamela Jones, of Orlando, sold 2003 Linda Ave. to Guiling Li, of Ormond Beach, for $82,000. Built in 1971, the manufactured home is a 2/2 and has 672 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $34,000.

Alexander Ofner and Crystal Nichols sold 33 Winding Creek Way to Sydney Cichon, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,167 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $284,000.

Halifax Plantation

Kevin and Pamela Wheat, of Ormond Beach, sold 3324 Westmeath Drive to Tanina and Nicholas Gerogiannis, of Ormond Beach, for $450,000. Built in 2017, the house is a 4/2.5 and has 2,724 square feet.

Dream Finders Homes LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 3293 Bailey Ann Drive to Joyce Eriksson-Rylander, of Ormond Beach, for $287,500. Built in 2020, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,721 square feet.

Hunter’s Ridge

Donn and Maria Deegan, of Ormond Beach, sold 4 Foxfords Chase to Gary and Jessica Blumenfeld, of Ormond Beach, for $437,500. Built in 1995, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,864 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $322,500.

Jason and Elizabeth Scavilla, of Ormond Beach, sold 53 Hunt Master Court to Charlene and Kenneth Berbrick, of Miami, for $365,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,152 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $272,500.

Ashley and Blake Byers sold 26 Timucuan Drive to Leslie Ramirez-Pappa and Jose Mazariegos, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,709 square feet.

Plantation Bay

Brenda Hansen, of Atlanta, sold 1205 Crown Pointe Lane to Steven and Michelle DiGregorio, of Ormond Beach, for $318,100. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,947 square feet.

Spring Meadows

Margaret Jobson, of Holly Hill, sold 8 Meadowmist Court to Bette and Gary Collins, and Anthony Cox, of Ormond Beach, for $350,000. Built in 1998, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,013 square feet.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Lucille Sasso and Peter Dias, of Ormond Beach, sold 14 Spanish Waters Drive to Steven and Jonna Royer, of Ormond Beach, for $602,000. Built in 1992, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, elevator and 2,946 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $500,000.

Michael and Amy Kimball, of Wesley Chapel, sold 5 Sea Watch Terrace to Sylvia Favela, of Ormond Beach, for $380,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,648 square feet.

Paromita Tomerlin, of Flagler Beach, sold 10 Tarpon Ave. to John and Candida Stabile, and Sasha Stabile, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 1973, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,222 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $144,000.

Lindy Colvin, of Grand Island, sold 3180 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 510, to Matthew Furnari, of Orlando, for $275,250. Built in 1994, the condo is a 2/2 and has 983 square feet.

Edward Avery Jr., of Haverford, Pennsylvania, sold 2600 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 1090, to Richard Bersche and Mary Pollitt, of Ormond Beach, for $267,000. Built in 1982, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,344 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $147,000.

Roberta and Eugene Yetto, of Queensbury, New York, sold 41 Margaret Road to Robin Maxwell, of Clarkesville Georgia, for $225,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 2/1 and has 784 square feet.

Ivan and Janet Rodriguez, of Miami Lakes, sold 5500 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 76, to Kathryn Hurst, of Danville, Pennsylvania, for $155,000. Built in 1973, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,214 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $122,400.
