A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of April 25 to May 1 in the Multiple Listing Service. Wolfgang Buechner and Roland Gerold, of Munich, Germany, sold 3128 John Anderson Drive to William Tebbenhoff, of Ormond Beach, for $795,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 4/5 and has a fireplace, boat dock, boat house, swimming pool and 3,050 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $645,000. Vanacore Homes Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 495 River Square Lane to Christina Rodriguez, of Ormond Beach, for $529,900. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,356 square feet.

Terese Royer, individually and as trustee, sold 1051 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 1102, to Charles and Reba Hervas, of Itasca, Illinois, for $359,000. Built in 1982, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,200 square feet.

Danny Corbin and Malzie Schneider, of DeLeon Springs, sold 56 Oak Ave. to Kyaw Thein and Kathrynn Maran, of Daytona Beach, for $260,000. Built in 1976, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,018 square feet.

Kayle Edwards, of Daytona Beach, sold 829 W. Victoria Circle to Madeline Vega, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1984, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,611 square feet.

Charles and Peggy Pardee, and Jack Vincent, of Stone Mountain, Georgia, sold 1 Tomoka Oaks Blvd., Unit 107, to Wayne and Linda Brown, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 1980, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,430 square feet.

Steven Cosseboom, of Ormond Beach, sold 1733 Valencia Ave. to Janet Raneses, of Ormond Beach, for $189,000. Built in 1969, the house is a 3/1 and has 1,173 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $150,000.

RL and DL Partners LLC sold 1291 Biltmore Drive to Kathryn Simpson, and Robert and Raynie Simpson, of Ormond Beach, for $169,900. Built in 1960, the house is a 2/1.5 and has 940 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $90,000.

Dream Finders Homes LLC, of Orlando, sold 3301 Bailey Ann Drive to Stephen Kepler and Deborah Daconti, of Mine Hill, New Jersey, for $284,016.21. Built in 2020, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,721 square feet.

Steven and Beth Eckman, of Ormond Beach, sold 20 Spanish Oak Lane to Bryce and Jimmy Mead, of Ormond Beach, for $743,000. Built in 2008, the house is a 4/4 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,208 square feet.
