A house in the Village of Pine Run was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Jan. 12-18 in the Multiple Listing Service. Rochelle Cannon and Tucker Harris, individually and as trustees, sold 104 Addison Drive to Ariel Silvestri, of Ormond Beach, for $435,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, pole barn and 2,461 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $171,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Ormond Beach
John and Tonia Terry, of Ormond Beach, sold 759 Orchard Ave. to Adrian and Dennis Brown, of Ormond Beach, for $302,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,145 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $157,500.
Christopher and Katrina Oberle, of Benwood, West Virginia, sold 34 Charleston Square to John Christopher and Julia Joslin, of Ormond Beach, for $240,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1.412 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $214,000.
Offerpad LLC, of Chandler, Arizona, sold 833 Lucerne Circle to Joseph Huber, of Ormond Beach, for $224,497. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,628 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $217,500.
Karen Schotanus, individually and as trustee, sold 415 Cherrywood Drive to Allen and Bonnie Hudson, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,444 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $142,464.
Halifax Plantation
Jeffrey Joyce and Judy Joyce, individually and as trustee, and Monica Rosenbluth, individually and as trustee, sold 3108 Connemara Drive to Kathalyn Morton, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,205 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $245,000.
Patricia Dillon, of Palm Coast, sold 1453 Carlow Circle to James and Andre’a McIntyre, as trustees, for $222,500. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $211,500.
Plantation Bay
Randall and Bonnie Hill, of Ormond Beach, sold 1231 Crown Pointe Lane to Caroline Efstathion, of Ormond Beach, for $349,900. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,574 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $297,000.
Tomoka Oaks
Louis and Erika Marcantonio, of St. Augustine, sold 34 Pine Valley Circle to William and Tiffany Flaherty, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,570 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $165,000.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Sherrye Strech, of Ormond Beach, sold 114 N. Ocean Aire Terrace to Robert and Holly Farley, of Astatula, for $270,000. Built in 1976, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $242,000.
Loraine Burke, individually and as trustee, sold 144 Brendale Drive to John Westphal, of Redding, California, for $230,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a swimming pool and 1,076 square feet. It sold in 1981 for $57,000.
William Nagel and Donna McKay, of Ocala, sold 26 Camellia Drive to Denise Cummings and Esther Morales, of Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania, for $230,000. Built in 1960, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,264 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $185,500.
John Buscemi, of Winter Park, sold 10 Palm Drive to Brent and Judith Seals, of Ursa, Illinois, for $180,000. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 700 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $158,000.
Phyllis Oliva, as trustee, sold 30 Palmetto Drive to Christopher and Martha Calderwood, of Ormond Beach, for $162,000. Built in 1954, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,100 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $125,000.
