A house on five acres was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of March 6 through March 12 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Angelo and Rosary Davila, of Ormond Beach, sold 470 Pine Bluff Trail to Wayne and Margaret Anderson, of Ormond Beach, for $797,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, barn, greenhouse and 2,534 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $665,000.

Cloryne D. Algee Family Limited Partnership, a Florida Limited Partnership, sold 955 Ginger Circle to Roger and Carol Learned, of Ormond Beach, for $362,000. Built in 1966, the house has five bedrooms, three baths and 3,278 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $300,000.
Denis and Harriet Green, individually and as co-trustees, sold 16 Marjorie Trail to Bernice Rivera and Jose Rivera Castillo, of Ormond Beach, for $186,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,687 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $268,000.
Thomas and Marilee Husselman, as trustees, sold 89 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 502, to Andy Wilson, of Highlands Ranch, Colorado, for $175,000. Built in 1979, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $79,900.
Mark Oslizlo, individually and as trustee, sold 153 S. Lindenwood Circle to Steve Bok, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1970, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,579 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $75,000.
