Top seller goes for $1.7 million

A house on John Anderson Drive was the top real estate transaction for April 29 through May 5 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Devin and Shelby Tower, of Palm Beach Gardens, sold 488 John Anderson Drive to Andrew and Lynn Young, of Ormond Beach, for $1,725,000. Built in 1965, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, boat dock, boat house and 3,870 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $775,000.

Ormond Beach

Real Estate Solutions Home Sellers LLC sold 103 Cone Road to Dennis and Sabrina Gardner, of Ormond Beach, for $425,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a barn, swimming pool and 2,740 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $196,200.

David, John and William Brisell, of Bruceton Mills, West Virginia, sold 58 Village Drive to Jerry Wetherington and Leah Bowen, of Ormond Beach, for $379,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, boat dock and 2,419 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $240,000.

Sheryl Heath, of High Springs, sold 26 Laurel Ridge Break to Stephen and Yao Korper, and Karoline Korper, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 1997, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,919 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $250,000.

Beverly Meeks, of Ormond Beach, sold 1113 Wandering Oaks Drive to Chad and Melanie Rohrbacher, of Ormond Beach, for $282,000. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,202 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $175,000.

Denise Porn, of Alger, Michigan, sold 47 S. Halifax Drive to George and Melissa Mathews, of Arlington, Virginia, for $240,000. Built in 1950, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 800 square feet.

Tyler Renick, of Ormond Beach, sold 289 Millview Court to Kenneth and Karena Holman, of Daytona Beach, for $218,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,930 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $157,000.

Brenda Payne, of Ontario, sold 1200 Northside Drive to Kenneth and Deborah Robinson, of Mount Airy, Maryland, for $195,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,348 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $88,000.

Equity Trust Co., as custodian, sold 19 Fair Oaks Circle to Kevin Murphy, of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, for $93,500. Built in 1979, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,230 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $40,500.

Darla-Jean McKay, of Daytona Beach, sold 1208 E. Avenue E to David Hannah and Michael Hannah, of Ormond Beach, for $25,350. Built in 1969, the mobile home has two bedrooms, one bath and 616 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $27,800.

Breakaway Trails

Alvin and Tedra Gilmore, of Ormond Beach, sold 4 Tomoka Cove Way to Brian and Holly Thompson, of Ormond Beach, for $426,500. Built in 1998, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 3,095 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $335,000.

Chelsea Place

Bonnie Goldman, of Bradenton, sold 349 Chesham St. to the Jack and Donia Family Trust, of Ormond Beach, for $402,000. Built in 2010, the house has five bedrooms, four baths and 2,811 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $249,000.

Halifax Plantation

William and Ruth Graham, of Ormond Beach, sold 3408 Castlebar Circle to David and Kelley Keith, of New London, New Hampshire, for $349,900. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,174 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $306,300.

Jennifer Feit, of Ormond Beach, sold 3993 Dakota Circle to Mary Edwards, of Ormond Beach, for $330,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,705 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $196,900.

Hunter’s Ridge

Rush Morgan, of Hanover, West Virginia, sold 32 Dormer Drive to Jeannie Morgan and Mark Williams, of Charleston, West Virginia, for $275,000. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,840 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $237,910.

Diamond W Properties LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 8 Cantilever Court to Megan Brown, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 2009, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,919 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $185,000.

Plantation Bay

Barry and Linda Improte, of Saratoga Springs, New York, sold 503 Oyster Bay Drive to Christopher and Stacie Garcia, of Ormond Beach, for $432,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,086 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $410,000.

Ronald Plate, of Bunnell, sold 1339 Hansberry Lane to George and Ruth Proch, of Ormond Beach, for $214,000. Built in 2009, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,551 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $175,210.

The Trails

Suzanne Fitzpatrick, of Seffner, sold 16 Soco Trail to Suzanne Dewling, and William and Barbara Paprocki, of Ormond Beach, for $187,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,722 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $110,000.

Charles Wiley, of Vero Beach, sold 54 Soco Trail, Unit 54, to Martin and Penny Pauze, of Ormond Beach, for $138,000. Built in 1980, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,439 square feet.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Patsy Bobo sold 103 Capri Drive to Blake and Shannon Bailey, of Colbert, Georgia, for $614,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,115 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $1 million.

Four Corners Diversified Group Inc. sold 135 Laurie Drive to Ernesto Fernandez, of Ormond Beach, for $222,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,072 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $135,000.

Carol Mulvaney, individually and as trustee, sold 1415 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 505, to Wendy Wilson, of Warner Robbins, Georgia, for $200,000. Built in 1974, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,225 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $150,000.
