Top seller goes for more than $1.5 million

A house on the beach was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of May 29 to June 4 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Alan and Kelly Ginsburg sold 95 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Reza Sina, as trustee, for $1,546,609.72. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,100 square feet, according to the MLS. It sold in 2013 for $1.5 million.

Ormond Beach

Gregory and Lisa Stemmler, of Port Orange, sold 883 Peninsula Drive to Mark and Linda Powles, of Daytona Beach, for $297,000. Built in 1958, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,912 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $118,900.

J & J Homes LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 1 Cameo Circle to Leslie Goodwin, of Ormond Beach, for $269,400. Built in 1970, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,782 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $235,000.

3405 Clemmons LLC, of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, sold 14 Aston Circle to Tina Carlyle, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1990, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,942 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $117,000.

Jana Beckman, of Redfield, Arkansas, sold 857 Peninsula Drive to Blaise Botta, of Ormond Beach, for $241,250. Built in 1958, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,411 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $154,000.

Harley and Deborah Whiting, of Ormond Beach, sold 865 Willow Run to Shannon Jackson, of Ormond Beach, for $219,000. Built in 1975, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,616 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $164,000.

Floyd Dillard, of Eustis, sold 112 Jamestown Drive to Riva Weller, of Astor, for $210,000. Built in 1959, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,660 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $92,000.

Charles Moore, of Ormond Beach, sold 237 Ormwood Drive to Srisathorn Jeerawan, of Ormond Beach, for $201,000. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 1,834 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $116,000.

Christian Dickinson and Kimberly Barnes sold 214 Warwick Ave. to Sandra Alderman, of Morristown, Tennessee, for $199,500. Built in 1971, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,629 square feet.

St. Augustine Ventures LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 1444 Springleaf Drive to Barbara Smythe, as trustee, for $187,927. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,584 square feet.

Emmanuel Leo and Teresa Ortona, individually and as trustees, sold 141 Cardinal Drive, Unit A, to John and Majorie Bouchey, of Ormond Beach, for $185,000. Built in 2013, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,476 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $140,000.

James and Bonnie Bostrom, individually and as trustees, sold 1118 Northbrook Drive to Jared Kelley, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 1981, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,302 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $245,000.

Mary Weber, and Laura and John Weber, as trustees, sold 89 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 1402, to Carol Emrich, of Flagler Beach, for $170,900. Built in 1979, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet. It sold in 1981 for $85,100.

Cecelia Gueltig, of Ormond Beach, sold 78 Arlington Way to John Hiler and Shelly Gueltig, of Ormond Beach, for $150,000. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a fireplace and 1,050 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $47,750.

Charles Buhler, of Maitland, sold 10 Mimosa Trail to Robert Fitzpatrick, of Norwalk, Connecticut, for $144,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,716 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $90,000.

SFR Venture Reo LLC, of Charlotte, North Carolina, sold 326 N. Ridgewood Ave. to Christopher Dick and Mary Morrison, of Ormond Beach, for $138,000. Built in 1984, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,761 square feet.

Palm Vista LLC, of Montana, sold 19 Carriage Creek Way to David Julian, of Ormond Beach, for $261,500. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,164 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $170,000.

Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee, sold 30 Carriage Creek Way to Pamela Floyd, as trustee, for $182,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,43 square feet. It sold in March for $207,000.

Forest Hills

Paul Porter, Jr., as trustee, sold 342 Forest Hills Boulevard to Thomas Schutt, of Ormond Beach, for $145,000. Built in 1960, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,140 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $62,000.

John and Jeannine Loiselle, individually and as co-trustees, sold 3389 Glenshane Way to Brian Snell and Lyn Dombrosky, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,216 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $240,000.

Halifax Plantation

Paul and June Sarkisian, of Ormond Beach, sold 1405 Newry Circle to Michael and Christina Bittaker, of Ormond Beach, for $350,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,296 square feet.

Jane and Jeffrey Hollen sold 3959 S. Chinook Lane to David and Mary Ann Dalrymple, of Palm Bay, for $315,750. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,530 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $169,900.

Allan and Ann Roffman, of Palm Coast, sold 4159 Sanora Lane to Roberta Polletta, of Ormond Beach, for $288,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,165 square feet.

Randall and Donna Reed, of Ormond Beach, sold 60 Foxcroft Run to Mark and Marcia Campbell, of Ormond Beach, for $455,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,028 square feet.

John Mullally, of Ormond Beach, sold 47 Herringbone Lane to Richard and Beverly Peterson, as trustees, for $285,000. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,733 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $278,000.

Ormond Lakes

Dennis and Carol Guinaugh, individually and as trustees, sold 39 Lakebluff Drive to Charles and Diane Kimball, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,918 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $217,000.

Plantation Bay

Real Estate Solutions Home Sellers LLC sold 1345 Dovercourt Lane to Ryan and Evelyn Messiner, of Lake Mary, for $542,500. Built in 2007, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,217 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $150,000.

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 600 Aldenham Lane to Scott and Tina Swisher, of Ormond Beach, for $341,069. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,402 square feet.

Sheila McMahon, of Ormond Beach, sold 1149 Kilkenny Lane to Gaurav and Radhika Patel, of Ormond Beach, for $212,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,782 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $324,600.

Tomoka Estates

Shirley Powell, of St. Augustine, sold 1107 Shockney Lane to Rhonda Kasper, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1984, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, boat dock, boat house and 1,581 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $135,000.

Travis Blake, and Jay and Tammy Blake, of Ormond Beach, sold 481 Palm Ave. to Todd Hendrix, of Miami, for $209,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a boathouse and 1,172 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $150,000.

Amanda and Timothy Jewell sold 24 Oakmont Circle to Peter and Valorie Crescenzi, of Ormond Beach, for $217,000. Built in 1970, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,844 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $166,000.

Trails North 40

Temple Terrace Holdings LLC sold 119 Deer Lake Circle to Louis and Valerie Guttman, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1985, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,803 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $125,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Michael and Nora Caputo, of Winter Springs, sold 915 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 6060, to Timothy and Tracie Sapp, of Winterville, Georgia, for $225,000. Built in 1972, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,175 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $222,000.

Terry Myerscough, of Jacksonville, sold 41 Sunset Blvd. to Cheryl Mogavero, of Ormond Beach, for $177,000. Built in 1959, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,016 square feet. It sold in

Robert Williams, Jr., and Judith Campbell, of Patchogue, New York, sold 5500 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 69, to Patricia McNamara, of Fortson, Georgia, for $124,000. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,214 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $39,900.

Jennifer Smith, of DeLand, sold 1 River Shore Drive to William and Jan Hall, of Guyton, Georgia, for $109,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 756 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $105,000.
