Top seller goes for nearly half million dollars

Mary Fowler, of Volusia County, sold 1066 Hampstead Lane to William McPhee and Mary Jane Iaia-McPhee, of Ormond Beach, for $480,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,692 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Ormond Beach

Vanacore Homes Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 110 Via Roma to William and Lynda Friel, of Ormond Beach, for $256,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,114 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Robert and Evelyn Boggess, and Diane Lowery, as trustees, of Ormond Beach, sold 119 Ray Mar Drive to Elizabeth Cooper, of DeLand, for $169,000. Built in 1961, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,350 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Russell and Dorne Fisher, of Ormond Beach, sold 4 Carson Drive to o Zhuangren Liu and Li Ding, of Ormond Beach, for $140,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,472 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $210,000.

Lawrence and Josephine Peacock, of Paso Robles, California, sold 53 Misners Trail to Joseph Birtley, of Ormond Beach, for $135,000. Built in 1988, the house has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,405 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $72,000.

The Bank of New York Mellon sold 274 Bayridge Court to Jordan Hargrave and Sandra Leisner, of Ormond Beach, for $115,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,645 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $125,900.

Herbert Landau, of Lititz, Pennsylvania; Rubin Landau, of Redmond, Oregon; Cynthia Landau, of Needham, Massachusetts; G. Susan Elman, of Wappingers Falls, New York; and Daniel Landau, of Norwalk, Connecticut; sold 55 Vining Court, Unit 219, to Dolfin LLC, of River Vale, New Jersey, for $48,000. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 930 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $48,000.

Marjan Hosseini, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 King Phillips Way to David Julian, of Ormond Beach, for $305,800. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,226 square feet. No other qualitied sales were listed.

Plantation Bay

Farhad Babazadeh, of Daytona Beach, sold 1132 Hansberry Court to Marjan Hosseini, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 2005, the townhome has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,565 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $266,580.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Gary and Pamela Roberts, of Flagler Beach, sold 7 Buckingham Drive to Rochelle Cannon, of Ormond Beach, for $305,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,962 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $275,000.

Scott and Denise Tumelty, of Ormond Beach, sold 1415 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 509, to Ralph and Deanna Notarmaso, of Ormond Beach, for $168,000. Built in 1974, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,225 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $269,000.
