Top seller has 2.5 acres and access to Halifax River

Kevin Kelder, Tanya Kelder Fabregas and Dana Silvernail sold 2841 John Anderson Drive to Michael and Nancy Suah, of Ormond Beach, for $550,000. Built in 1953, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,148 square feet.

Ormond Beach

Moorwolf LLC, of Orlando, sold 2380 Lipizzan Trail to Stanley Stockhammer, of Ormond Beach, for $304,000. Built in 1991, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, barn and 2,314 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $30,000.

Donald and Marilyn Chion, as trustees, sold 855 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 229, to David and Mary Campbell, of Chicago, for $277,400. Built in 1972, the condo has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,020 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $382,500.

Huong Dang and Khai Huynh sold 266 River Vale Lane to Katelyn and Leroy Fisher, of Ormond Beach, for $262,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,818 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $230,400.

Neal and Tamara Siner, of Ormond Beach, sold 266 Greenwood Ave. to Charles Baken, of Ormond Beach, for $249,900. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,531 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $73,000.

Jennifer Hoshi, of Kanagawa, Japan, sold 341 Bent Creek Lane to Gregory and Candice Bauer, of Ormond Beach, for $218,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,969 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $77,200.

TRSTE LLC, as trustee, sold 133 Arroyo Parkway to Jessica and Michael Fries, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 1953, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,470 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $69,000.

John Hiler and Shelly Gueltig, of Ormond Beach, sold 78 Arlington Way to Mellinda Edmunds, of Ormond Beach, for $179,900. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a fireplace and 1,050 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $150,000.

Leroy and Katelyn Fisher sold 837 Quail Run to Erin Gerken, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,329 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $114,900.

Joan Campbell, of Franklin, Tennessee, sold 109 Luna Circle to John Pelszynski, of Ormond Beach, for $149,900. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,140 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $72,000.

Bryce Fremont sold 50 Pine Trail to Zachary Hart, of Ormond Beach, for $137,000. Built in 1976, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 972 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $25,000.

Breakaway Trails

Glen and Jamie Harvey, of Ormond Beach, sold 27 Creek Bluff Way to Brooke and Jason Ferrara, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,178 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $290,000.

William and Eugenia Rehrmann, of Ormond Beach, sold 15 Pine Hollow Way to Donald and Janet Tedder, of Ormond Beach, for $315,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,032 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $225,000.

Halifax Plantation

The Cambridge Group Inc., of Orlando, sold 3951 Tano Drive to Sara and James Douglas, of Daytona Beach, for $306,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,557 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $200,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

Wimberly and Andrew Quay, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Foxhunter Flat to William and Anne Garvey, of Ormond Beach, for $435,000. Built in 1997, the house has five bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 3,803 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $400,000.

Toni Hall and Joseph Jordan sold 71 Westland Run to Gerald and Elizabeth Yater, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 2007, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,995 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $150,000.

Oak Forest

Cynthia Aguilar, individually and as trustee, sold 1505 Oak Forest Drive to Paul Holub, as trustee, and Deborah Gormley, of Ormond Beach, for $520,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, fireplace and 2,123 square feet.

Ormond Lakes

Dennis Huth, of Daytona Beach, sold 6 Cliffview Lane to Thomas and Ashley Kehoe, of Ormond Beach, for $359,000. Built in 1997, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,757 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $67,500.

Plantation Bay

Donald and Susan Veatch sold 1208 Crown Pointe Lane to Richard and Agnes Becker, as trustees, for $260,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,777 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $286,200.

The Trails

Ormond Rentals LLC sold 110 Timberline Trail to Clondalkin LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $123,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,555 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $76,500.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Jane Hart, of Ormond Beach, sold 1625 John Anderson Drive to Chad and Margaret Halle, of Ormond Beach, for $288,000. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,222 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $60,000.

Carolyn Stone sold 45 Tropical Drive to Brian and Shannan Calvert, of Ormond Beach, for $218,900. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,396 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $172,500.

Brian and Inara Snyder, of Apex, North Carolina, sold 22 Palm Drive to Jose Soler-Garcia and Maria Madera, of Orlando, for $177,500. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 775 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $173,000.

Fred and Lina Wiese, of Oak Lawn, Illinois, sold 18 Seabreeze Drive to Andre and Virginia Haluska, Michael Haluska and Adam Haluska, of Ormond Beach, for $168,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 792 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $90,500.
