A house on a golf course in Halifax Plantation was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of May 22-28 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. William and Brenda Houim, of Minot, North Dakota, sold 1245 Killarney Drive to William Austgen, of Cedar Lake, Indiana, for $850,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a swimming pool, four-car garage and 4,021 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $825,000.

Ormond Beach

Jesse and Kathleen Graham, of Orlando, sold 815 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 11A, to Matthew and Liane Colby, of Lake Placid, New York, for $250,000. Built in 1969, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,020 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $400,000.

Raymond and Mary Bouchard, of Flagler Beach, sold 45 Banyan Drive to Tyler and Rachell Debord, of Ormond Beach, for $227,000. Built in 1963, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,023 square feet.

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 170 Shawnee Trail to Jesse and Jessica Berguson, of Ormond Beach, for $176,000. Built in 1981, the house has a barn, three bedrooms, two baths and 1,504 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $57,000.

Donald Jones and Dorothy Gault, of Ormond Beach, sold 44 Pinehurst Circle to Brandon Dickensheet and Jessica Bosma, of Ormond Beach, for $155,100. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,700 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $70,999.

Debra Higuera, as trustee, sold 5 Indian Trail to Pecca 18 LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $124,000. Built in 1981, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,439 square feet. It sold in 1982 for $69,900.

Harry Bechtel Jr., Diana Taylor and Steven Bechtel sold 291 Tropical Lane to Gerald and Margaret Baron, and Jennifer Baron, of Ormond Beach, for $108,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,080 square feet. It sold in 1983 for $44,000.

Floyd and Trudy Petitt, of Knoxville, sold 1 Tomoka Oaks Blvd., Unit 137, to Pasquale Pucci, of Ormond Beach, for $104,900. Built in 1980, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $86,000.

Theodore and Alice Brown, of Venice, sold 34 Park Place to Charlene Barker, of Ormond Beach, for $100,000. Built in 1983, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,465 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $94,000.

Katrina Gallo, as trustee, sold 9 Arbor Lake Park to Rosa Hernandez, of Ormond Beach, for $95,000. Built in 1985, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,119 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $60,000.

Natalie Coolidge and Travis Richards, of Ormond Beach, sold 18 Fair Oaks Circle to Kathryn Daraio, of Ormond Beach, for $80,001. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,270 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $52,000.

Cohen Campbell, of Gastonia, North Carolina, sold 156 Northshore Drive, Unit B, to Micaela Tanes, of Ormond Beach, for $64,500. Built in 1947, the villa has one bedroom, one bath and 535 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $55,000.

Creekside

Vanacore Homes Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 30 S. Laurel Creek Court to Thomas and Deborah Giangreco, of Ormond Beach, for $319,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,331 square feet.

Ormond Lakes

Richard and Janine Roberson, of Flagler Beach, sold 23 Emerald Oaks Lane to Wanda Saunders, of Ormond Beach, for $485,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, a swimming pool and 3,447 square feet.

Mark and Jean Abeling, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Minnow Drive to Shayne Klepper, of Ormond Beach, for $437,500. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 3,376 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $339,900.

Plantation Bay

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 668 Aldenham Lane to Francisco Recalde, of Ormond Beach, for $382,600. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,498 square feet.

The Trails

U.S. Bank NA, as trustee, sold 4 Aztec Trail to Alex Bejian, of Needham, Massachusetts, for $282,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,479 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $395,000.

Scott Frederick, of Ormond Beach, sold 28 Choctaw Trail to Harold and Luz Lambert, of Waipahu, Hawaii, for $249,900. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,019 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $229,000.

Jessica Brown and Patrick Harvey, of Marina del Ray, California, sold 17 Havenwood Trail to Edward and Eleonora Berlepsch, of Ormond Beach, for $162,300. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,696 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $150,000.

Tomoka Estates

Rheda Hunnefeld, of Mount Dora, sold 1068 Landers St. to Denise Hazzard, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,568 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $172,500.

Tomoka Meadows

Stephen and Linda Boardman, of La Porte, Indiana, sold 22 Tomoka Meadows Blvd. to David Zalutko and Stefanie Galeano-Zalutko, of Ormond Beach, for $77,900. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 875 square feet. It sold in March for $50,000.

Tomoka Oaks

Homestream Network LLC sold 27 Terry Circle to Jason and Anna Jones, of Lewisburg, Ohio, for $230,000. Built in 1974, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,409 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $162,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Suzanne Casden, of Woodmere, New York, sold 2271 John Anderson Drive to Donald and Cathie Stowe, of Ormond Beach, for $450,000. Built in 1970, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,835 square feet. It sold in 1976 for $56,500.

Andrew and Judy Sanfilippo, of Jacksonville, sold 1051 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 1405, to Gerard and Sandra Pigott, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 1982, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $245,000.

Charlotte Brannen, of Boyton Beach, sold 1183 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 2020, to Roger and Susan Martin, of Apopka, for $275,000. Built in 1995, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,198 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $111,500.

Thomas White and Sandra Brubaker, individually and as trustees, sold 1921 John Anderson Drive to Luis and Susan Cordero, of Plantation, for $230,000. Built in 1964, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,835 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $113,000.

Micaela and Timothy Barnett, of Ormond Beach, sold 69 River Drive to Megan Henne, of Daytona Beach, for $180,000. Built in 1952, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a swimming pool and 700 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $78,000.

Ned and Karen Russo sold 2700 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 311, to Lionel and Sherrie Patterson, of Fairburn, Georgia, for $165,000. Built in 1986, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 925 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $105,000.

Sally Clark, of Alton, New Hampshire, sold 104 Lynnhurst Drive to Nancy Marone, of Wallingford, Connecticut, for $155,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 816 square feet.

Mary Riley, of Richmond, Illinois, sold 16 Linda St. to Laureano and Ellen Varona, of Ormond Beach, for $125,000. Built in 1960, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 816 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $40,000.
