A house in the Broadwater neighborhood was the top real estate transaction for the week of Oct. 20-26 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea in the Multiple Listing Service. Justin Gates and Samantha Ste. Claire, of Ormond Beach, sold 10 Broadcreek Cricle to James Buttino, of Ormond Beach, for $900,000. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 8,069 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Rolando and Sharon Lozano, of Ormond Beach, sold 1207 Oak Forest Drive to Kishorbhai and Mohinaben Patel, and Tej Patel, of Ormond Beach, for $705,000. Built in 1981, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 2,935 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $1,025,000.

Joshua and Jaren Ruane sold 42 Ocean Pines Drive to Philip and Amy Hayden, as trustees, for $287,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,039 square feet. It sold in May for $285,000.

Kevin and Joyce Huddleston sold 218 River Vale Lane to Angel and Idalia Perez, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,345 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $277,800.

Lanny and Joanna Leonard sold 566 N. Yonge St. to Marvin and Kathleen Lowery, as trustees, for $280,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,489 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $93,300.

Scott and Kelsey Johnstone, of Ormond Beach, sold 804 Golf Ave. to Daniel and Laquana Cancel, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, and 1,838 square feet.

AAA Real Estate Investment Services LLC, of Winter Park, sold 241 Greenbriar Ave. to Jason and Charlene Dowell, of Inverness, for $220,000. Built in 1965, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,732 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $149,000.

Linda Wright, of Ocala, sold 118 Arroyo Parkway to Thomas Kirk, of Ormond Beach, for $173,000. Built in 1960, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,120 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $70,000.

Anthony and Mary Lombardo, of Daytona Beach, sold 20 Tomoka Ave., Unit 110, to Thornton Ridinger, of Ormond Beach, for $140,000. Built in 1985, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $150,000.

Breakaway Trails

Larry and Jacquelyn Steese, of Ormond Beach, sold 7 Wild Creek Way to David and Mary Baker, of Ormond Beach, for $370,000. Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,671 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $224,195.

Halifax Plantation

John and Pamela Coverick, of Orland Park, Illinois, sold 1420 Kinnard Circle to Leslie and Sandra Forrester, of Ormond Beach, for $450,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,146 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $570,900.

Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 3222 Bailey Ann Drive to James French, of Ormond Beach, for $252,691. Built in 2019, the townhouse has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,717 square feet.

Ormond Lakes

Jose and Yvette Colon, of Ponce Inlet, sold 3 Cotton Mill Court to Stephen Mandarano Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,165 square feet.

Plantation Bay

William and Beverly Stafford, of Ormond Beach, sold 1409 Regal Pointe Lane to Roy and Linda Downs, of Ormond Beach, for $388,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,242 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $275,000.

Lance Baxter and Rose-Marie Baxter sold 1229 Harwick Lane to Paul and Sharon Woodbine, of Ormond Beach, for $315,000. Built in 2008, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,404 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $285,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, sold 3305 John Anderson Drive to Jeffrey Fuller, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,004 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $124,000.

Todd and Denise Scammell sold 7 Ocean Crest Drive to Luke Atwell and Lisa Cote, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1975, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,218 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $174,000.

William and Timothy Tolton, of Ormond Beach, sold 3370 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 4060, to Richard and Rhonda St. Vincent, of Goodlettsville, Tennessee, for $245,900. Built in 1987, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,275 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $318,000.

Elizabeth Stevenson, individually and as trustee, sold 117 N. Ocean Aire Terrace to Linda and Thomas Parusa, of Ormond Beach, for $233,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,628 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $113,000.

Heather and David Crew sold 2100 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3110, to Orlando and Elizabeth Velazquez, of Pembroke Pines, for $205,000. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,087 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $215,000.

Rena Peterson, of Lake Mary, sold 2750 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 46, to Dennis Jakovac and Mary Jo Eisenberg-Jakovac, of St. Louis, for $185,000. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $112,000.

Mason Rentals LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 123 Laurie Drive to James Marcella and Lisa Mecke, of Honolulu, for $181,250. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 644 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $111,000.

Nancy Covington, of Atlanta, Florida, sold 1149 John Anderson Drive to Helen McLean, of Ormond Beach, for $170,000. Built in 1955, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,188 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $259,900.
