A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of March 29 through April 4 in Ormond Beach. Patricia Sample, of Ormond Beach, sold 2884 John Anderson Drive to Daniel Perkins, of Miami Beach, for $640,000. Built in 1968, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat house and 2,448 square feet. It sold in 1982 for $155,000.

Ormond Beach

Jamie Raber, Judith Shearer and Timothy Raber, of Phoenix, Arizona, sold 107 Chrysanthemum Drive to Joseph, Louis, and Jerald Palma, of Troy, New York, for $188,000. Built in 2010, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,869 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $40,000.

Jeanne Schryver, of Ormond Beach, sold 1314 Overbrook Drive to Paul Stohner, of Ocean City, New Jersey, for $185,500. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,698 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $209,000.

Belinda Urhammer, of Ormond Beach, sold 220 Briarfield Court to Andrew and Shayna Mills, of Ormond Beach, for $162,500. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,272 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $53,400.

St. Augustine Ventures LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 1460 Springleaf Drive to Peter Frank Sr., of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, for $160,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,485 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

JAS Land Holdings LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 702 Cordova Ave. to Julian and Patricia Lancaster, of Ormond Beach, for $122,500. Built in 1957, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,292 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $122,500.

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 105 Colina Place to Violet St. Peter, of Ormond Beach, for $107,000. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $172,500.

Amanda and Susan Williams, of Ormond Beach, sold 133 S. Ridgewood Ave. to Melissa Denegri, of Ormond Beach, for $89,900. Built in 1950, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 935 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $142,000.

Marcia Odom, of Ormond Beach, sold 203 S. Orchard St. to Sharion Johnson, of Ormond Beach, for $76,000. Built in 1984, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,083 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $51,900.

Wilbur Meadows, of Davisburg, Michigan, sold 20 Park Place to Jacqueline and Steven Savedow, of Ormond Beach, for $72,500. Built in 1983, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,013 square feet. It sold in 1983 for $52,500.

Katharine Lo, individually and as representative, sold 1909 Woodcrest Drive to John Unwin, of Ormond Beach, for $39,000. Built in 1976, the mobile home has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Raymond and Lena Krygsman, of Ormond Beach, sold 107 Deep Woods Way to Frank and Josiani Stewart, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 2003, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,975 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

CP and HG Residential Lots, of Daytona Beach, sold 1212 Regents St. to Gladston and Marcella Silva, of Ormond Beach, for $308,146. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,335 square feet. This was the first sale.

Thomas Brown, of Ormond Beach, sold 3632 Aran Circle to Cheryl Jansen, of Huntington, Connecticut, for $245,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,013 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $383,000.

Richard and Cathleen Kwarta, of Ormond Beach, sold 3506 Middlemore Lane to William and Nancy Zuend, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,730 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $255,000.

Hidden Hills

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 120 Hidden Hills Drive to Alexander Stromski, of Ormond Beach, for $144,900. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,534 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $74,000.

Ormond Lakes

Jack and Saranne Kimble, of Ormond Beach, sold 20 Deerskin Lane to James and Barbara Begley, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,152 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $292,500.

Plantation Bay

Holly Mathews, of Ormond Beach, sold 1232 Hampstead Lane to Beau Bergner, as trustee, for $252,500. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,965 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $430,700.

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 1236 Kilkenny Court to Yvonne Garrity, of Ormond Beach, for $226,375. Built in 2015, the townhome has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,078 square feet. This was the first sale.

Gloria McKenna, individually and as trustee, sold 1249 Hampstead Lane to Daniel and Arline Burke, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,954 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $243,845.

Ashley Smith, of Ormond Beach, sold 18 Tomoka Meadows Blvd. to Carlos Soldevilla, of Ormond Beach, for $80,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,434 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $58,000.

Tomoka Oaks

Jamie and Beatrice Broere, of Ormond Beach, sold 36 Pine Valley Circle to Kristin Leupold, of Ormond Beach, for $164,194. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,292 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $92,000.
