Top seller has space for a rodeo

A house on a 20-acre equestrian estate in Rodeo Acres was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Dec. 12-18 in the Multiple Listing Service. Megan Kealy, of Ormond Beach, sold 3550 Rodeo Acres Drive to Brian and Dana Scholtz, of Ormond Beach, for $1.29 million. Built in 2005, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, several outbuildings including an additional house and 3,363 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $575,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Elizabeth Parkinson, individually and as trustee, sold 395 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 7070, to Donald Fly Jr. and Susan Conway, of Ormond Beach, for $599,800. Built in 1982, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,931 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $314,000.

Teresa Canas, of Ormond Beach, sold 357 N. Ridgewood Ave. to Richard and Amy Brock, of Ormond Beach, for $575,000. Built in 1959, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,926 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $210,000.

Starla Townsend, of Ormond Beach, sold 35 Country Club Drive to Melynne Rust, of Ormond Beach, for $420,000. Built in 1964, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,357 square feet.

Leslie Souza and Crystal Hatin, of Ormond Beach, sold 44 Charleston Square to Christine Wright and Michael Ryan, of Ormond Beach, for $340,000. Built in 1986, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,452 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $215,000.

NM Properties of SW FL LLC, of Phoenix, Arizona, sold 23 Misners Trail to Robert and Dawn Harrison, of Ormond Beach, for $253,000. Built in 1988, the townhouse is a 3/2 and has 1,830 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $180,000.

Wesley Jaimungal, of Geneva, sold 1406 Avenue C to Thomas Roberts and Linda Pippin, of Ormond Beach, for $170,000. Built in 1996, the manufactured home is a 3/2 and has 1,701 square feet.

Uncle Remus Inc., of Thomasville, Georgia, sold 2024 Toni St. to Elaine Bennett, of Milton, Wisconsin, for $70,000. Built in 1979, the manufactured home is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,288 square feet.

Halifax Plantation

Lawrence Finn and Debra Vance sold 1323 Asher Court to Larry and Patricia Wood, of Daytona Beach Shores, for $279,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,684 square feet.

Roseanne Renaldi, individually and as trustee, and Edward Ecker, of Flagler Beach, sold 1147 Athlone Way to Marie McEleney, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 1999, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,531 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $126,000.

Mallards Reach

Richard and Sharon Kloepfer, of Ormond Beach, sold 2 Manderley Lane to Adriene and Aaron Jessee, of Ormond Beach, for $595,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,855 square feet.

Northbrook

Laura Zarling, of Ormond Beach, sold 1208 Overbrook Drive to Maureen Williams, of Ormond Beach, for $345,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,407 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $216,000.

Ocean Village

Pierre Quintana, of Ormond Beach, sold 601 Robin Road, Unit B, to Francisco Lopez, of Ormond Beach, for $132,000. Built in 1947, the villa is a 1/1 and has 535 square feet.

Plantation Bay

Karen Viola, of Islip, New York, sold 1356 Sunningdale Lane to James and Susan Tobin, of Ormond Beach, for $409,990. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,172 square feet.

Tomoka Oaks

Thomas and Mary Flaherty, of Ormond Beach, sold 67 N. St. Andrews Drive to Michael and Melissa Walters, of West Chester, Ohio, for $377,500. Built in 1965, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,442 square feet.

Tymber Creek

Steven DeLaroche and Sondra Avant sold 12 Lost Creek Lane to Andrew Frosch and Maria Rodriguez, of Ormond Beach, for $840,000. Built in 1996, the house is a 5/4.5 and has two fireplaces and 4,222 square feet.

T. Brent Jenkins, as trustee, sold 333 Groover Creek Crossing to David and Rose Rhomberg, of Ormond Beach, for $720,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace, boat house, boat dock and 2,590 square feet.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Sally Carter, individually and as trustee, sold 3216 John Anderson Drive to Charles and Sarah Brown, of Ormond Beach, for $725,000. Built in 1984, the house is a 3/2 and has a boat dock, boat house and 1,728 square feet.

Charles Jewett Jr., individually and as trustee, sold 1051 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 506, to Tompkins-Brewer Properties LLLC, of Gainesville, for $545,000. Built in 1982, the condo is a 3/3 and has 1,836 square feet.

Jaclyn Probst sold 35 Concord Drive to Lucas and Jade Creamer, of Ormond Beach, for $479,900. Built in 1975, the house is a 4/3.5 and has two fireplaces and 2,220 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $330,000.

MCL Property Investments LLC, of Oviedo, sold 11 Longfellow Circle to Mark and Kelley Rollins, of Nanjemoy, Maryland, for $340,000. Built in 1969, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,209 square feet.

Julia and Michael Boyer, of Ormond Beach, sold 2390 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 2020, to Robert and Diane Grimmig, of Orange Park, for $325,000. Built in 1990, the condo is a 2/2 and has 936 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $197,100.

Randal Ray, of Winder, Georgia, sold 31 Oakview Circle to Thuy Van, of Antelope, California, for $315,000. Built in 1959, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,191 square feet.
