A house on Beach Street was the top real estate transaction for the week June 30 to July 6 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. David Meese and Mary Jo Hennen, of Ormond Beach, sold 577 N. Beach St. to Jeromie and Annette Allan, of Ormond Beach, for $1.43 million. Built in 1994, the house has four bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 5,430 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $345,000. Ormond Beach
Craig Straky and Pamela Adkin-Straky, of Northville, Michigan, sold 630 John Anderson Drive to Kathryn Bodiford, of Ormond Beach, for $1,125,000. Built in 1972, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 4,455 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $461,800.
Jacquelyn Noell, of Ormond Beach, sold 172 Riverside Drive to 172 Riverside Drive LLC, of Daytona Beach Shores, for $1 million. Built in 1971, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, boat dock, boat house and 2,568 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $375,000.
Robert and Kathryn Smith, of Ocala, sold 401 River Square Lane to Robert Baumberger, of Ormond Beach, for $317,500. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,345 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $262,000.
Meric and Jason Cavanaugh, of Ormond Beach, sold 53 Chrysanthemum Drive to Jonathan Croinex and Noreen Seoane, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,586 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $290,000.
Sean and Michelle Mullen, of Aurora, Colorado, sold 16 Dormont Drive to Nathaniel and Jessica Preheim, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 1958, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,632 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $324,900.
Tommy Rowe and Kristin Hardin-Rowe, of Tampa, sold 2 Ardisia Circle to Rigoberto and Monica Vega, of Ormond Beach, for $252,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,084 square feet.
Jean Slapski, of Port Orange, sold 506 Grandview Ave. to Luis Velez, of Port Orange, for $196,000. Built in 1957, the house has three bedrooms, one bath and 936 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $43,000.
Underwood Residential RF1 LLC sold 323 Bostrom Lane to Roy Blankenship, of Ormond Beach, for $182,000. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,414 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $144,800.
Eric and Marietta Smith, of Jacksonville, North Carolina, sold 453 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 2010, to James and Sonya Zambrano, of Hudson, for $89,500. Built in 1987, the condo has a murphy bed, bathroom and 349 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $54,000.
Michele Dmytryk and West Livaudais Jr., individually and as trustees, sold 679 Wellington Station Blvd., Unit 40, to Nicole See, of Ormond Beach, for $77,000. Built in 1988, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 725 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $31,900.

Kirk and Angela Oldham, of DeLand, sold 8 Coquina Ridge Way to Michael Glover, of Ormond Beach, for $360,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,736 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $249,000.
Ormond Lakes
Caleb and Elaine Gonzalez, of Palmetto Bay, sold 3 Waterbluff Drive to Nicholas and Aerin Doheny, of Ormond Beach, for $326,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,978 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $320,300.
Michael and Christina Farrell sold 2 Timucuan Drive to John Lawson, of Ormond Beach, for $234,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,653 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $195,000.
Plantation Bay
Victoria Figg, of Ormond Beach, sold 403 Seabrook Road to Kevin Byrnes and Marion Vollmer, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,844 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $239,800.
Tomoka Oaks
Christine and Matthew White sold 200 Rio Pinar Drive to David and Kayecee Carter, of Ormond Beach, for $286,000. Built in 1978, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,184 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $268,500.
Gretchin Priest, of Pierson, sold 43 N. St. Andrews Drive to Christopher Heaven and Cindy Wilson, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths a fireplace and 2,105 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $140,000.

Glenna Polito, of Daytona Beach, sold 6 Lake Trail to Cathy Robinson and Catherine Ewing, of Ormond Beach, for $182,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,678 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $127,900.
Tymber Creek
Finnfree Properties LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 228 Coventry Court to Allison Fleet, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,712 square feet. It sold in May for $150,000.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
NealCO Developments LLC sold 3718 Egret Dunes Drive to Paul Birnbaum, of Merdian, Idaho, for $500,000. Built in 2019, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,572 square feet.
Javier Hernandez and Juana Darce, of Ormond Beach, sold 23 W. Sea Harbor Drive to Robert and Kathleen James, of Ormond Beach, for $379,000. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,662 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $230,000.
Tawny Cawthon sold 65 Margaret Road to Christopher Anderson, of Ormond Beach, for $192,000. Built in 1959, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 889 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $149,500.
Michael Flynn and Paul Cummings sold 31 Alamanda Drive to James Brummett and Sarah Rocheford, of Melbourne, for $190,000. Built in 1953, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $146,000.
Michele Castaldo and James Carmody II, of Ormond Beach, sold 15 Seacrest Drive to Cheryl Broussard, of San Antonio, Texas, for $185,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 825 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $86,500.
