A house in Ormond Lakes was the top real estate transaction for Aug. 12-18 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Howard and Elizabeth Stange sold 9 Cliffview Lane to Robert and Stephanie Pace, of Ormond Beach, for $480,000. Built in 1998, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,241 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Joseph Pickard and Louis Fifer, of Ormond Beach, sold 91 Ann Rustin Drive to Teresa and Jeffrey Luther, of Ormond Beach, for $365,000. Built in 1967, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,241 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $236,000.

Stacy and Jeffrey Kershner, of Keswick, Virginia, sold 141 E. Woodhaven Circle to Krista Mattingly, of Ormond Beach, for $317,000. Built in 1990, the house has four bedrooms, four baths and 2,758 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $274,000.

Michael and Megan Rinyu sold 12 Sandy Lake Circle to Noel Henderson, of Ormond Beach, for $280,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,394 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $210,000.

Tadd and Jenna Thomas, of Ormond Beach, sold 107 Bonita Place to Jasmine Burgos and Brian Hicks, of Ormond Beach, for $223,500. Built in 1970, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,574 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $223,000.

Cindy Lippert, of Manitowoc, Wisconsin, sold 300 Sawmill Creek Court to Christina Cassidy, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 2001, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,086 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $161,000.

Alegria Reitberg, individually and as trustee, sold 4 Park Terrace to Deanna Witt, of Maryville, Tennessee, for $140,000. Built in 1984, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,021 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $60,000.

Breakaway Trails

Nancy Abate, of Madison, Mississippi, sold 38 Winding Creek Way to Todd Fox, of Ormond Beach, for $428,000. Built in 1990, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,982 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $370,000.

Charles and Carol Richey sold 19 Crescent Lake Way to Thomas and Cynthia McConeghy, of Ormond Beach, for $345,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,326 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $321,400.

Nationstar Mortgage LLC, of Coppell, Texas, sold 35 Winding Creek Way to Wilmington Savings Fund Society, as trustee, for $305,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,986 square feet.

Halifax Plantation

Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 3017 Silvermines Ave. to Jon and Linda Sheets, of Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, for $429,900. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,500 square feet.

Michael and Debra Royals sold 3235 Tralee Drive to Charles and Linda Wingo, of Ormond Beach, for $293,900. Built in 2013, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,894 square feet.

Oak Forest

Edward Yalicki Jr., individually and as trustee, sold 1418 N. Beach St. to Richard Foster and Carline Parcells, of Ormond Beach, for $223,000. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,068 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $107,000.

Theresa Capozzi, of West Austin, Texas, sold 1538 Poplar Drive to Carrie and Craig Michel, of Ormond Beach, for $218,000. Built in 1982, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,500 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $130,000.

Ormond Lakes

Ray and Denise Price, of Ormond Beach, sold 84 Lakebluff Drive to Carlos Castaneda, of Streator, Illinois, for $465,000. Built in 2014, the house has five bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a fireplace and 3,524 square feet.

Alice Walczyk, of Penfield, New York, sold 17 Cliffside Drive to James and Heather Short, of Ormond Beach, for $340,000. Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,266 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $35,000.

Tomoka Estates

Lydia Jackson, of Daytona Beach, sold 328 Lowndes Ave. to Clayton Castetter II, of Cocoa, for $210,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,830 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $188,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Anthony Trevena, of Boardman, Ohio, sold 139 Riverwalk Drive to John and Dana Bleeker, of Ormond Beach, for $339,900. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,516 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $175,000.

Robert and Dusana Crostarosa, of Flagler Beach, sold 106 Laurie Drive to John Burke, of Sanford, for $221,500. Built in 1954, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,486 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $87,000.

Cecil Mangham, of Ormond Beach, sold 2100 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 217, to Erasmo and Claudia Zorrilla, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 1974, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,087 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $125,000.

BankUnited N.A., of Miami Lakes, sold 3110 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 2080, to Craig and Lauren DeRidder, of Ormond Beach, for $185,000. Built in 1991, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,000 square feet. It sold in May for $176,400.

Jill Bagdasarian, of Ormond Beach, sold 25 Seaview Drive to Lewis and Andrew Ames, of Palm Coast, for $163,000. Built in 1960, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 814 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $47,500.

Troy Nettles, of Palatka, sold 2800 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 2, to Greg and Phyllis Walter, of Ormond Beach, for $148,500. Built in 1972, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,216 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $95,000.

James and Sherry Fisher, of Ormond Beach, sold 5500 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 7, to Jeremy and Patricia Perrin, of North Haven, Connecticut, for $137,500. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,214 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $68,000.
