Top seller in Ormond Beach has a country setting on 1.6 acres

A house in Riverbend Acres was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Jan. 31 to Feb. 6 in the Multiple Listing Service. Joshua Wells, as trustee, sold 238 Treeline Lane to Gina Strasser, of Ormond Beach, for $680,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 5/3.5 and has a fireplace and 3,719 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $580,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Kevin and Tracy Babcock sold 1857 Old Tomoka Road to Brian and Savanna Peterson, of Ormond Beach, for $630,000. Built in 1971, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, barn and 3,438 square feet.

John Denton and Marisa Gillman-Denton sold 901 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 4, to Robert and Joyce Vechiola, of Glenview, Illinois, for $537,000. Built in 1980, the condo is a 3/4.5 and has 2,790 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $270,000.

Lisa Cunningham, of Ormond Beach, sold 924 Princeton Ave. to Anthony Schauer, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 1962, the house is a 3/1.5 and has a fireplace and 1,270 square feet.

Robyn Gleason sold 144 Ormond Parkway to Robert Kladde, of Ormond Beach, for $262,500. Built in 1957, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,612 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $152,500.

Ralph and Deborah Fuller sold 207 Rosewood Ave. to Nicholas and Arica Stockwell, of Ormond Beach, for $259,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 3/1 and has 1,025 square feet.

David Partington, of Eustis, sold 807 Marvin Road to Gary Sargent and Yaoska Salinas, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 1964, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,348 square feet.

Jean Clack sold 420 Harbour Lights Drive to Mark and Kimberly Hayward, of Lapeer, Michigan, for $240,000. Built in 2000, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,680 square feet.

Paul and Carolyn Hasslinger, of Troy, New York, sold 855 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 115, to Karen Maxey, of Palm Bay, for $183,900. Built in 1971, the condo is a 1/1 and has 510 square feet.

Luis Garcia, individually and as trustee, sold 640 N. Nova Road, Unit 4080, to Alexander Mocknatch and Jr. and Becky Meadows, of Ormond Beach, for $115,500. Built in 1976, the condo is a 2/2 and has 932 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $74,000.

Wolfgang Hirsemann, of Port St. Lucie, sold 52 Creek Bluff Way to Stanley and Adriana Seagle, of Dublin, Virginia, for $390,000. Built in 1994, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,174 square feet.

Edward Dunn, of Ormond Beach, sold 35 Creek Bluff Way to Joseph Buonanno and Catherine Lancaster, of Ormond Beach, for $382,500. Built in 1993, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,952 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $220,000.

Nelson Weaver, as trustee, sold 51 Carriage Creek Way to Nicole Marcus, of Ormond Beach, for $297,000. Built in 1990, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace and 2,056 square feet.

Randy Knight sold 433 Nottinghill St. to Christopher and Jennifer Schueller, of Ormond Beach, for $596,500. Built in 2017, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,661 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $501,200.

Gene and Lila DeCarlo, of Williston, sold 3029 Monaghan Drive to Lida Poole, of Ormone Beach, for $355,900. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,050 square feet.

Dream Finders Homes LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 3266 Bailey Ann Drive to Peter and Donna Turgeon, of Ormond Beach, for $269,100.44. Built in 2020, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,687 square feet.

Crystal Anderson, of Daytona Beach, sold 11 Dartmouth Trace to John Helson, of Ormond Beach, for $518,200. Built in 1999, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 3,136 square feet.

Kimberly Fay, of Jackson, New Jersey, sold 15 Dormer Drive to Justin and Molly Hood, of Ormond Beach, for $295,000. Built in 2008, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,207 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $272,500.

Becky Tate, of Daytona Beach, sold 1105 Hansberry Court to Michael and Franco Morrone, of Ormond Beach, for $228,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,551 square feet.

Catherine Lancaster, of Ormond Beach, sold 130 Pine Cone Trail to Michael and Janis Frentzel, of Buffalo, New York, for $195,000. Built in 1977, the townhouse is a 2/2.5 and has 1,664 square feet.

Cori Thorpe, of Palm Coast, sold 150 Pine Cone Trail to Gardner One LLC, of Alexandria, Virginia, for $168,500. Built in 1977, the house is a 2/2.5 and has 1,664 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $124,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Bob and Jacqueline Bertelson sold 1 Magnolia Circle to Jean-Francois and Lavern Rault, as trustees, for $329,000. Built in 1960, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,271 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $267,000.

Three Palms Investments LTD, of Xenia, Ohio, sold 1513 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 8D, to Michael and Denise Schentrup, of Alachua, for $320,000. Built in 1985, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,218 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $320,000.
