A house in Tidewater was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of May 23-29 in the Multiple Listing Service. David and Ruth Fox, of Ormond Beach, sold 20 Tidewater Drive to Stephen Short, as trustee, for $1.05 million. Built in 1987, the house is a 4/5.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 4,423 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Ronald Severino and Thomas Severino, of Candia, New Hampshire, sold 193 Sandcastle Drive to Dana and David Bailey, of Ormond Beach, for $450,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,549 square feet.

Joseph Morina, of Ormond Beach, sold 1372 John Anderson Drive to The Center for Investments LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $445,000. Built in 1974, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 3,492 square feet.

Angela Walker sold 720 Santa Ana Ave. to Edd and Rosalind Brown, of Ormond Beach, for $390,000. Built in 1992, the house is a 6/3 and has a fireplace and 3,426 square feet.

Thomas and Wilma Potter sold 36 Riverview Drive to John and Sharon Sharkey, of Ormond Beach, for $385,000. Built in 1951, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace and 1,809 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $289,000.

D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 166 Sunset Point Drive to Heather and Travis Colley, of Ormond Beach, for $307,485. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,319 square feet.

James White and Loretta Rodriguez-White, of Tempe, Arizona, sold 320 Cumberland Ave. to Makenzie Oddo and Isaac Wagner, of Ormond Beach, for $297,000. Built in 1973, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,462 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $215,000.

John and Connie Tanner sold 2 Stone Quarry Trail to Keith McCartney and Cynthia Miller, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,101 square feet.

Barbara Britt, of Ormond Beach, sold 294 S. Orchard St. to Wyatt Wood, of Ormond Beach, for $200,000. Built in 1959, the house is a 2/1 and has 930 square feet.

Dream Finders Homes LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 3317 Bailey Ann Drive to Marilyn Franco and Melissa McCoy, of Ormond Beach, for $288,869. Built in 2021, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,721 square feet.

David Skalsky and Linda Wiederspan, of Ormond Beach, sold 3006 Glin Circle to William Ferro Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 2005, the townhouse is a 3/2 and has 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $148,000.

Gwit Enterprise LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 27 Sunset Blvd. to Diane Richmond, of Ormond Beach, for $382,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 2/2 and has a swimming pool and 960 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $155,000.

Herbert and Suzanne Hill, of Nichols, South Carolina, sold 26 Katrinas Drive to Mary Peltz, of Ormond Beach, for $339,500. Built in 1994, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,953 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $165,000.
