A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of July 12-18 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Regenia Regambal, of Volusia County, sold 3560 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Jason Fox, of Ormond Beach, for $680,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,693 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $500,000.

Ormond Beach

David and Elizabeth Linkinhoker, of Daytona Beach Shores, sold 54 Ivanhoe Drive to Amelia and Francis Kramar, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,437 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $254,000.

Shilu and Ajit Dodani, of Omond Beach, sold 35 Loyola Drive to Jack and Jennifer Sprangel, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1965, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,906 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Patricia Hantak, of Volusia County, sold 17 Greenvale Drive to Flamingo Cape Inc., of Staten Island, New York, for $232,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,059 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $195,000.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp., of Carrollton, Texas, sold 800 S. Beach St. to Ahmad Sarshory and Firouzeh Toutounchian, of Port Orange, for $175,000. Built in 1947, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,553 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $150,000.

Mary Pearce, of Versailles, Kentucky, sold 8 Windsail Circle to Gerald LaPole and Peggy Thornton, of Ormond Beach, for $168,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,725 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $140,900.

Patrick Seeley, of Ormond Beach, sold 852 Lucerne Circle to Margaret McGarity, of Cockeysville, Maryland, for $151,000. Built in 1974, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,676 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $132,000.

Rita Woodhull, of Ormond Beach, sold 16 Morning Dew Trail to Richard and Carol Mahon, of Tampa, for $144,500. Built in 1981, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,514 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $87,000.

Terrence and Lynne Moore, of Ormond Beach, sold 697 Alcazar Ave. to Robin Barlow, of Ormond Beach, for $139,000. Built in 1969, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,274 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $62,500.

Joseph and Lorna Leibovici, of Ontario, sold 469 S. Halifax Drive to Eamil and Tricia Barlow, of Ocala, for $135,000. Built in 1954, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,203 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Jennifer True, of Ormond Beach, sold 136 Melrose Ave. to Lori-Ann Mezzanotte, of Ormond Beach, for $107,000. Built in 1957, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,132 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $35,000.

Tamara Connelly, of South Daytona, sold 94 N. Arbor Drive to Richard Owsianisk, of Chicago, for $100,000. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,050 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $65,000.

George Hughes, of Edgewater, sold 671 Wellington Station Blvd., Unit 22, to Claire Gustafson, of Ormond Beach, for $72,000. Built in 1986, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,000 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $49,000.

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 20 Oriole Circle, Unit B, to Richard Kantor, of Ormond Beach, for $61,500. Built in 1947, the villa has one bedroom, one bath and 535 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $49,900.

Gene and Llly Yee, of Troy, Michigan, sold 29 Black Hickory Way to Kristopher Warburton and Cynthia Twiss, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,116 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $220,700.

Chelsea Place

CP and HG Residential Lots LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 340 Chelsea Place Ave. to Troy and Vondra Brookshire, of Ormond Beach, for $360,670. Built in 2015, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,750 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Theresa Claxton, as personal representative, sold 388 Chelsea Place to Eugene and Samantha Crouch, of Ormond Beach, for $295,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,090 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

William and Janice Harrison, of Irwin, Pennsylvania, sold 1138 Glengad Run to Rhonda Harmison, of Ormond Beach, for $162,000. Built in 1999, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,477 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $113,000.

Yvonne Hosch, of Ormond Beach, sold 2810 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 8, to William and Leslie Miller, of Clermont, for $170,000. Built in 1971, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 608 square feet. It sold in May for $174,000.

Holly Shonholz, of Gainesville, Virginia, sold 3370 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3070, to Paul Schloss, of Palm Coast, for $164,000. Built in 1987, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,275 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $130,000.

William and Patricia Elmore, of Albany, Ohio, sold 2700 Ocean Shore Drive, Unit 313, to Domenico and Nicoletta Lorusso, of Addison, Illinois, for $162,000. Built in 1986, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,025 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $149,000.
