A house on the east side of State Road A1A in Ormond-by-by-Sea was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of May 8-14 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Monte Hanson, of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, and Wendy Carlsen, of Maple Grove, Minnesota, sold 1 Ocean View Drive to Robert Vance, of Ormond Beach, for $355,000. Built in 1956, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,233 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $175,000.
D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 279 River Vale Lane to Michael and Dorothy Daniels, of Ormond Beach, for $247,250. Built in 2015, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,108 square feet.
U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, sold 101 Timberlake Lane to John and Tamara Toppen, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,521 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $250,000.
A.A. Ringue and Alan November, of Ormond Beach, sold 109 Standish Drive to Sunset Motion Pictures Inc., of Alexandria, Virginia, for $210,000. Built in 1960, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,605 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $140,000.
Richard and Patricia Maciver, of Oceanside, California, sold 1218 Parkside Drive to Casey Punch and Jamie Grabowski, of Ormond Beach, for $209,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,299 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $189,000.
Lillian Mahler, of Tucson, Arizona, sold 63 Rosewood Ave. to Shpend and Zamira Coma, and Artina Coma, of Thomaston, Connecticut, for $177,000. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,696 square feet.
Levi and Erin LeDuc, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 731 Santa Ana Ave. to Edward and Margaret Yanchuk, of Bristow, Virginia, for $168,750. Built in 1968, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,497 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $166,000.
Erin Taylor sold 469 Hammock Lane to David Neubauer, of Ormond Beach, for $101,000. Built in 1976, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,134 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $75,000.
Solti Construction Co. Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 1352 Liam Circle to Paul Christian, as trustee, for $309,975. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,200 square feet.
Michael and Jean Luddeni, as trustees, sold 26 Indianhead Drive to James Antos, of Gotha, for $285,100. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,625 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $53,000.
Regions Bank sold 1159 Kilkenny Lane to Beverly Marshall, of Ormond Beach, for $198,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,938 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $285,875.
Scott and Jennifer Donahue, of Ormond Beach, sold 26 S. Sea Island Drive to Douglas and Renae Warner, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,423 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $300,000.
Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 3815 Islamorada Drive to John McEntee, of Ormond Beach, for $283,500. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,722 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $474,900.
Barbara Moriarty and B&G Investments LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 1183 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 6010, to Charles and Karen Jenks, of Jacksonville, for $280,000. Built in 1995, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,198 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $273,000.
Mary and Richard Young, of Sawyer, Michigan, sold 108 Imperial Heights Drive to Thomas and Susan Hansen, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1965, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,482 square feet. It sold in 1983 for $60,000.
Lori Colello, of Kennesaw, Georgia, sold 7 Seafarers Drive to John Pape, of Chicago, for $195,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,526 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $155,000
Lynn Liparoto, individually and as trustee, sold 33 Seacrest Drive to Gregory and Rosemary Johnson, of Winter Park, for $169,000. Built in 1960, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 800 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $67,500.
John and Geraldine McMullin, of Daytona Beach, sold 3110 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 313, to Thomas and Shanon Braden, of St. Johns, for $165,000. Built in 1991, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 873 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $120,000.
Goldie MacDonald, of Avondale Estates, Georgia, sold 140 Roberta Road to Anthony Maldonado, of Ormond Beach, for $135,000. Built in 1954, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 621 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $165,000.
