A house in Hunter’s Ridge was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of March 22-28 in Ormond Beach. Kathryn and Irwin Landau, as trustees, sold 36 Allenwood Look to Sarwat Khan, of Ormond Beach, for $535,000. Built in 2002, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 4,390 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Ormond Beach

Robert Harrell, of Ormond Beach, sold 915 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 408, to Deanna Leach, of Apopka, for $271,000. Built in 1972, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,175 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $251,400.

Barbara Wong, individually and as trustee, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit 121, to Patsy B. Drake Revocable Living Trust and Chris Monoleos Revocable Trust, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 1996, the condo has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,675 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $232,500.

John and Marilyn Juengst, of Flagler Beach, sold 89 S. Atlantic Ave. to Craig Bong, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 1979, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $91,000.

Edward Staudt, of Port Orange, sold 36 Lake Walden Trail to Jon Yarbrough, of Ormond Beach, for $178,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,846 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $229,900.

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 72 Wye Drive to Gordon Hardwick, of Ormond Beach, for $167,500. Built in 1956, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $147,000

Aaron Heck and Katherine Hay, of Ormond Beach, sold 156 Ormwood Drive to Susquehanna Trail Holding Co. Inc., of Ormond Beach, for $157,500. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,650 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $88,000.

Wells Fargo Bank, of Frederick, Maryland, sold 32 Aston Circle to Brandi Richardson, of Ormond Beach, for $145,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,456 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $118,000.

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 9 Twin Rivers Drive to Michael and Patricia Speranza, of Ormond Beach, for $141,500. Built in 1970, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,700 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $150,000.

The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee, sold 147 Fairway Drive to Euraclio Pons and Jose Rodriguez, of Miami, for $131,250. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,540 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $220,000.

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 333 S. Halifax Drive to Sten Wigert, of Ormond Beach, for $130,500. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,795 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $100,000.

AT Assets LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 1027 Calle Grande St. to David Neubauer, of Ormond Beach, for $120,000. Built in 1979, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,409 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $149,000.

Joseph Birtley, of Ormond Beach, sold 4 Misners Trail to Pecca 12 LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $114,000. Built in 1984, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 967 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $90,000.

Gail Glenfield, as personal representative, sold 9 Winding Woods Trail to Thomas Sines, of Ormond Beach, for $107,000. Built in 1987, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,353 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $76,000.

James Ryan and Stefanie Buckholt, of Ormond Beach, sold 2 Arbor Lake Park to Michael Fuguet, of Ormond Beach, for $90,000. Built in 1984, the townhome has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,834 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $66,000.

John Farley, of Onset, Massachusetts, sold 203 S. Orchard St., Unit 10D, to Sarno Industries Inc., of Daytona Beach, for $78,000. Built in 1986, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,083 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $57,500.

U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, sold 49 Ponce de Leon Drive to AT Assets LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $75,150. Built in 1948, the house has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,131 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $62,600.

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 104 Camino Circle to Kirk Perrine, of Canton, Georgia, for $70,651. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,227 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $73,000.

The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee, sold 1721 Palmer Drive to Charles and Cindy Quint, of Alfred, Maine, for $64,600. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,386 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $147,000.

Chelsea Place

CP and HG Residential Lots LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 341 Chelsea Place Ave. to Martha Diggle, as trustee, for $383,260. Built in 2014, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,730 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Coquina Point

Rima Gudaitis, individually and as trustee, sold 21 Sandpoint Circle to Melton and Donna Watson, of Ormond Beach, for $179,900. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,767 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $135,000.

Forest Hills

Wells Fargo Bank, of Frederick, Maryland, sold 1252 Vanderbilt Drive to Kaley and Jon Stubbs, of Ormond Beach, for $109,000. Built in 1963, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,724 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $159,900.

Ormond Lakes

The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee, sold 26 Rocky Bluff Drive to Robert Ledbetter, of Ormond Beach, for $328,250. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 3,234 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $625,000.

The Trails

Delmer and Carolyn Goodrich, of Jonesboro, Tennessee, sold 3 Setting Sun Trail to Matthew Flaton, of Ormond Beach, for $138,000. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,265 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $184,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

William and JoAnn Barbre, individually and as trustees, sold 138 Heron Dunes Drive to John Garis, Duane and Nancy Garis, of Ormond Beach, for $317,500. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,676 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Pops Homes Corp., of Florida, sold 3390 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 104, to Earl and Jeannette Couture, of Lyon Mountain, New York, for $152,500. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,213 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $265,000.

Judith Carolin, of Ormond Beach, sold 56 Seaside Drive to Lorie Mandeville, of Ormond Beach, for $147,000. Built in 1959, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 962 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $48,000.

Turtle Bay Investments LLC, of Honolulu, sold 40 Tropical Drive to Michael and Christine Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $140,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 784 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $77,800.

James Moore and Vincent and Daria Prendergast, of Austin, Texas, sold 40 Rivocean Drive to Edgar and Christine Williams, of Raphine, Virginia, for $137,500. Built in 1957, the house has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,119 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $125,000.

Joseph and Doris Perez, of Graniteville, Vermont, sold 12 Azalea Drive to James Corideo Jr. and Marissa Covitt, of Ormond Beach, for $136,000. Built in 1956, the house has one bedroom, one bath and 953 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $75,000.

Kimberly Brand-Wolak, of Port Orange, sold 53 Carol Road to Donna Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $133,000. Built in 1960, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 784 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $61,500.

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 2100 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 216, to Eugene Robinson, of Ormond Beach, for $130,000. Built in 1981, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,087 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $160,000.
